The temperature outside was 25 degrees. My wife has cancer so we checked in at 3:00 pm so she could rest after traveling 5 hours in an ice storm. THE FURNACE did not work. The temperature continued to drop in the room. Finally after 5 hours they got us a new room .

The room was spotless of course. It was also very quiet, which is a plus for me trying to sleep out of town. Staff was extremely courteous. My partner stated that the breakfast buffet was the best he's ever seen. I thought the eggs tasted odd, but a minor thing. Also, the restaurant/bar was great. Good food, drinks, and attentive staff.

The hotel location is great, medical zone is quiet but easy to access anyplace, museum, restaurant and park. The hotel is new, good service. We experienced housekeeping schedule issue but front office manager Justin quickly solved it.
