This is how every VRBO should be!
We are frequent visitors to the Heights/Northside neighborhood and have tried hotels and other short term rentals but kept being disappointed. This little gem was such a pleasant surprise, these owners definitely could teach others how to do a rental right. The furnishings are adorable, very comfortable & look new. The place is immaculate and better stocked than many larger homes we've stayed in, including an air fryer, pitcher of filtered water in the frig, extra everything, Keurig with coffee, creamers and stir sticks provided, dishwasher & cooktop. I loved having coffee in the hanging chair on the front porch. Even though it is connected to another unit via a shared laundry room (supplies provided!), it was very quiet and private. I also loved that they didn't expect guests to basically do a deep clean of their house upon checkout, like so many owners do; just a few simple requests. It is so nice to stay in a home that clearly had a lot of love poured into it. Give respect and get respect back! I only wish we had discovered this cute little house a long time ago!! This will be our go-to from now on when visiting downtown Houston.
