Houston Rodeo bound

We visited Houston for the Rodeo and to see Pafker Mccullem. The location of this hotel was the primary reason we picked it. The location is excellent, within walking distance of NRG stadium, no need to fight traffic… we just walked over to the event, took about 10 minutes. There are also trams and other options close by to facilitate travel to and from the stadium. The room was clean, the beds comfy snd the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be booking this hotel again for future NRG events.

This hotel was great! It was just what we needed. We’ve been looking for a new hotel for the rodeo and we found it. Room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great and staff was friendly and helpful. The parking area is a little small and cramped but there was staff that helped us find a spot. Will definitely stay again!

Terrible customer service, the beds were very uncomfortable, the bedding was scratchy, there were asian beetles in our room, the breakfast wasnt much of anything, the gates werent up for the parking area, our truck was broken into and the security carmera dont work. There was another truck that was also broken into. Terrible experience with the hotel overall the only positive we had was the house keeping lady was very sweet.
