Loved having an extended family Christmas get together here! All the things we needed for ages 2-74 years old to enjoy our stay. Our favorite area was the huge great room with so much seating and the 2 huge tables that we played lots of card and board games at. So much room to eat and play and hang out. Kids enjoyed the fooz ball table and making s’mores at the fire pit. The lake was very low so didn’t get a chance to kayak. Plenty of coffees and teas but we brought our own favorites with us. Also every kitchen utensil and pots and pans and everything you need to cook and eat. We prepared all our meals there for 17 people for 4 days and had all we needed besides the food, and salt and pepper, make sure to bring your own! They had some nice Christmas decorations up for us to enjoy! We also celebrated my baby who turned 2 years old while we were there!

Breathtaking lake view! The house was very spacious, accommodating, and clean. The hosts were very gracious and quick to respond, they even checked in on us during the course of our stay to make sure our needs were provided for. Our crew was very happy and we will be back!

We take a family trip every year and this was our favorite house to stay in yet!! It was plenty of room and a perfect location! We loved the fire pit in the back yard! We will definitely stay here again!!

The house is very spacious and accommodating to all ages. A beautiful lakeside setting with a dock & expansive open yard to enjoy. The neighborhood is quiet too. If you have a large family and plan on cooking most of the meals some basic items (for example glass measuring cup & scissors) are not there, but other cooking necessities were.

Wonderful place for large group gatherings! House was clean and well stocked. We very much enjoyed the weekend with our whole family and had plenty of space to spread out. Very comfortable accomodations. We would definitely book again!

Sorority Reunion

We got 15 members of our 1999 Tri Delta pledge class together for a fun reunion weekend. This house was just perfect… in fact it was so big that we felt like we were back in the sorority house! So many rooms and beds made this a very comfortable weekend. We rented a pontoon boat from Salty Dog boat rentals and had a perfect boat slip right down from the house. We went to Rocky’s Corner for dinner and hit up the casino for a little while which is connected to the horse track. The drive was easy and took under 15 minutes. Hopefully, we will be able to get the girls back together soon and would love to stay here again.

Family Reunion

This property was perfect for our large family of 28. A few people were not able to make it in the end, but it would have accommodated all of us with ease. We had a wonderful time exploring Hot Springs and enjoyed kayaking every afternoon or evening when we returned to the home. Everything was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the bunk rooms as there was room for all grandchildren with a girl’s room and a boy’s room. This left parents to enjoy their own rooms. We stayed in the incredible master—the envy of all. Sneaking out to the hot tub directly from our room was a treat. We cooked all of our meals on site and the kitchen and large pantry provided everything we needed. The second fridge was fantastic! We highly recommend and would not hesitate to rebook should we ever have the opportunity to return to Hot. Springs. FYI, the bathtub races were a lot of fun!

I booked this gorgeous house for our sales team retreat. We had 9 adults. It was a beautiful place to plan, rest, and have fun!! Weather you have a big family, a corporate team, a fun retreat, this place is awesome!

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!! We will be back!

We had a group of 18 women stay in February for 3 nights. Everything about the house from start to finish was over the top awesome! I gave 5 stars for everything and gave 4 for location for this reason---when you are driving down the road to the house you will go through a neighborhood that "appears" to be a little sketchy. IT ISN'T! When you get to the end of the road all the sudden you see the house and your vacation begins! The neighborhood is safe and we took morning walks. The neighbor even had a sign for 2 eggs per dozen. Get ready for the time of your life at this house! We never heard any noise in the area. It was very quiet. We had some older women with us and there is a flight of stairs in the house. The stairs are the EASIEST stairs ever. They are not difficult to climb and are very easy on the legs because of the way the stairs are built. We cooked 3 times a day and the kitchen is stocked. You will need to bring a mixer if one is needed, but everything else is covered. The view is beautiful and the kayaks were great. You can even literally back up to the front door to unload. How great is that!!!WE will be back again and again.............Do not hesitate to rent this place if you have a large crowd!

Beautiful View

I booked this place for a work training/retreat. The location is right on the water and has a beautiful view. Plenty of room for what we needed (some rooms didn’t get used at all). The media/theater room was perfect for hooking up my computer and doing power point presentations. My employees were very pleased with the property and continued talking about how nice it was.

Large Family Annual Trip

Comfortable and well arranged for large groups! We have stayed at other homes where the teens keep us older folks from resting well. The layout of the home allowed us to accommodate a variety of preferences both in and outdoors! We made the most of all the home has to offer. The host took care of all that we needed, and we even walked in to an unexpected welcome gift! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

4th of July Stay

This house has a great location on the lake but close enough to get to a gas station or grocery store within 10 minutes or less. The hostess was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. A memorable trip was had and many friends will be booking this property in the future due to our stay!

Best Stay Ever!

My family and I visited this property for my son's College graduation in Conway, Ark. and we wanted somewhere the entire family could stay on the lake. The drive was about an hour and 1/2 only because it rained this weekend but I have no regrets about the stay. There are so many great things I can say about this property I truly have no idea where to start. The rooms are perfect for a large family of all ages. We noticed that if you go to "a" bedroom you honestly could not hear anything in the living and kitchen area. Also upstairs where the adult children slept we could not hear any of there music or the TV downstairs. I said "a " bedroom because this property has so many bedrooms and most of them also have an in-room bathroom so basically we didn't have to share. There's a area inside the home that has a totally separate living area with a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom which was great for my family (traveling with grandparents).The long porch wrapped around the property was great for us as well. We used every room and was very happy with every inch of this home and never felt cramped. There was plenty of parking in the front of the home for everyone to visit or whoever was staying overnight. SOOOO very happy we stayed here! Please do not pass this property up IF its available you will not be disappointed. Dustin was great and responded very quickly with any and all questions. PS. Book the property!!

Paradise in Hot Springs

My wife’s family (total of 13) takes an annual trip and this year our travels took us to Hot Springs. The home we picked was AWESOME. This home has it all. Nice bedroom and bathroom combinations and absolutely loved the attached but separate apartment. My wife and I stayed there and we were able to make it cooler at night without impacting the others who like it a little warmer. The porch was SO relaxing and large. I wish Mother Nature would have brought us cooler weather for the porch, but it was still great. The dining tables were perfect for us all to eat. It was truly a great time and home. The Host, Dustin, responded promptly to all of our questions. If our travels take us back one day, we will definitely be staying there.
