Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It perfectly suit our family of 5 and our friend's family of 4. All the kids stayed in the "basement" which was great for us and the kids had a blast. The outdoor living areas were very nice as well, and my house was conveniently located to anything we wanted to do in Hot Springs.

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing and stress-free getaway. Communication with the host was seamless and they were very responsive and helpful.

Absolutely amazing

We were really impressed with our stay at Grand Point. It was spacious and very clean. We loved the outdoor area with the hot tub. The LED lighting was throughout the home and even in the outdoor area. This is a great place to stay with your family. We loved everything and would definitely stay again.

Amazing home

Perfect place if you have teens. This home was amazing. One of the coolest places we’ve stayed and we didn’t have to leave because there was so much there for the big kids to do. Home is completely stocked with anything that you need.

Great location

Nice place! Super clean. Only a few minute drive from activities, stores, and restaurants. It was nice to be able to enjoy the game room after the kids went to sleep. Manager was very helpful and nice when we had questions. Thanks for a great stay

Great Find in Hot Springs!

This property is directly on the water for fishing enjoyment. It is easy to reach and close to city amenities. Our family completely enjoyed the outdoors, and the kids loved the game room. Fun for all! Enjoy!

Weekend trip

Very nice property and great service. House was comfortable for adults and kids. We were in town for a family birthday so did not get to adventure on the lake — nice dock area so would recommend getting a boat during the stay to get to the open water. The owners/property management team were very helpful and quick to respond. We had a great trip

We will definitely be back!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our trip from California to visit family. Very very clean and the amenities surpassed our expectations. The whole family had an amazing time in and outside of the house especially all of us in the game room. The host was very responsive and communicated quickly and even had wood delivered for us while we were there! highly recommend this home to others, we will definitely be staying here again!

Family Christmas Trip

What an awesome place to stay! Our family arrived the day after Christmas to a beautiful home with the tree still up for us. The weather was so nice outside. We grilled steaks and chicken, enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. The pool room/game room was enjoyed by all. The bedrooms and bathrooms were so nice and had everything we needed, including towels for the hot tub. We had our 1 yr old grand baby and the baby gate on the stairs was a great safety feature. The kitchen had everything we needed and the gas range was great!! The location is so perfect. We went to Garvan Gardens, which is right down the road. It is located close to Oaklawn and downtown. We loved this place!! Their service was quick and informative every time we had a question or request. We would gladly stay here again!!

Great family vacation

We had 10 people staying at the house. It was in a great location on the lake. It was easy to access the lake and didn’t have too many stairs for the grandparents. The kids ages 8-16 enjoyed the game room, the sound system, the hot tub, all the tvs, and all the lights. The dock was great for tying up the boat and fishing off of. We highly recommend staying in this home with a large group like ours. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing!

This property was well laid out. All condos I have rented before gives you enough bath towels for one night. Which meant you had to wash every night. This place had an abundance of towels. Had a few cabinet appliances that wasn’t working (wear and tear) and they immediately replaced them. Management was on top of everything!

Perfect vacation home for our family trip

This home was perfect for our family getaway in Hot Springs! The teenagers loved playing pool and shuffleboard in the game room, and the bunk beds gave the kids an area of their own to hang out and sleep. We had 14 people across 4 families and had plenty of room both indoors and outside by the fire pit and hot tub. Lots of special memories made fishing off the dock, making s’mores in the fire pit, and just hanging out playing board games. You’re just minutes away from all the fun downtown and the scenic mountain views. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need, and we made most meals at the house and enjoyed eating on the balcony and grilling on the outdoor kitchen. Caught plenty of sunfish off the dock, and my son brought his boat and was able to easily tie to the dock when he wasn’t fishing. Highly recommend Brian Wilson photography if you need professional pictures. The balcony was a perfect spot for pictures. One family member uses a walker and was able to access everything he needed on the main floor with only one step up at the front entrance. Our host was awesome and quickly responded to questions. Awesome experience all the way around!
