Our top floor condo offers fantastic views of Lake Hamilton. Feel distance from the hustle and bustle despite being so close to downtown and local eateries.
(Oaklawn Race Track and Casino, Historic downtown “bathhouse row”, fantastic restaurants, Hot Springs National Park and walking trails, Mid America Science museum, and much more) are some the staples that await! Condo pool is available to guests seasonally (late May- early October). Off to the races! 10mins/3.8miles away from Oaklawn Racing and casino. The condo has no elevator and 24 steps in total to our top unit. 2 jet ski slips available for our guests (slips only, jet ski not provided)
