It’s Maui time!

My family and I had an amazing time visiting Maui and staying at Nohonani 400 in Kaapalani. The view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful with the Pacific Ocean mere feet away. We were even fortunate enough to have a honu visit our little beach! Great accommodations in the unit to make our stay easy and comfortable.

Perfect stay at Nohonani!

Our stay at Nohonani what is the perfect location, well decorated and gorgeous views of the humpback whales 300 yards off our balcony. Our grandchildren loved the beachand the rock formations in the surf attracted grazing green sea turtles. We enjoyed the pool and grill, which were an excellent condition. We snorkeledon the reef with the sea turtles (maintain 10’). John was very accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend renting from this host!

Great spot

We loved our stay! This place has everything you can ever need to enjoy the beach and cook meals. The beds were comfy and lots of seating for our family of 5 in the living room. We loved having comfortable furniture on the balcony where we could hang out and watch the sea turtles in the beach area out front every day. Mahalo!!

First visit to Maui

It was a perfect stop for our family of 4 in Lahaina. We enjoyed the direct beach access and watching the green sea turtles and nearly daily rainbows...of and the sunsets!

Great vacation home

The property is amazing. We saw tons of turtles and whales from the lanai. It’s close to one of the best snorkeling beaches that we found. The unit has everything you need. BBQ’s downstairs that are very clean. Pool is deep in one end and kid friendly in the other. No beach access which really didn’t bother us. I highly recommend this place. Royal Kahana. 1010

LOVED this resort! Beachfront, tons of turtles, convenient location, quiet, and beautiful. This is by far the best place we’ve stayed and we’ve been to Maui four times. Definitely will stay here again!!

Breathtaking views

We had such a wonderful time! The place is fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, beach, and other essential supplies. Waking up and going to sleep every day with the waves crashing was divine! We loved every minute of it! The place doesn't have AC but, as long as you keep windows open, you should be fine. Highly recommend it!

Awesome place

Gorgeous view from balcony and the pool and beach access are perfect. The unit was extremely well stocked with everything we needed and more. We forgot binoculars but used those at the unit to better see whales. We decided not to go on a whale watching because we saw so much from our own balcony. The master bedroom with its ocean breeze was a delight. A great spot and place to say. We will be booking it again in the future.

Fantastic place and location

The condo was as advertised. Very clean and well equipped. This is one of the few places with a beach that you can walk right into the water, with plenty of sea turtles, some sleeping on the beach. The neighborhood is awesome with a small fresh fish market in walking distance. Access was easy and being on the fourth floor was actually great because we had the best views of the whales breaching all day long. Communication was excellent with arrival and departure being very easy. We have stayed in this area quite a bit and this was definitely the best, especially if you want privacy and quiet times versus a large resort has. Definitely coming back.

Fabulous condo!!

The owner of this condo unit has remodeled and completely updated it. The king size bed and large walk-in shower are great! All the patio furniture has thick cushions, which are so conducive to just sitting out here in total comfort to enjoy the beautiful ocean view!!!! We will definitely be coming back!!

Turtles, Turtles and more Turtles

We enjoyed the 4th food vantage for viewing turtles, and a gorgeous series of sunsets over Molokai and Lanai. The surf was pretty active, and we only had a few good days of snorkeling off the Nohonani beach, but spent a few good days snorkeling at Honolua Bay, a quick few minutes north by car. The process of gaining access to the condo was very convenient, parking pass on the premises was straightforward, and checkout was uncomplicated. We spoke with several parties who have been to Nohonani year after year, and they keep coming back. This was our first year, and we look forward to more. Thank you!!

The condo is directly on the beach and sea turtles were seen every day. Sunsets were beautiful.

The condo was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. It was comfortable even without A/C. We had a few issues come up but they were addressed quickly other than the living room curtain not being able to close. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely keep it as our go to condo when we return to Maui!

Amazing condo that we would stay at again

What a lovely experience! Pics online are on point. My husband and I stayed with our 16 year old daughter and 14 year old son. Plenty of room with the twin beds and 2nd bath for them. Wonderful kitchen with many amenities. Condo had boogie boards, tubes, balls and noodles to use in the pool. Lanai was amazing -the screen shade was nice in the evening if you had too much sun. Comfortable furniture throughout. Ocean was swimmable and did snorkel one day with some nice marine life. Turtles on the sand most days and we saw whales and dolphins! Nice walking distance to shores/restaurants and easy to get other places by car. Would definitely book again!!

Complete Gem!

The property was perfect all around. If your looking for a spot that is not around all the big resorts. Private pool and beach area ideal for taking advantage of both. Spectacular views and the unit was fantastic. Clean- up to date with all the amenities. Can’t wait to come back.
