The rooms were over the top with amenities, and probably the cleanest room I have stayed in ever. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Huge outside sitting area with fire places. Inside bar in lobby. Small store next to desk with food and drinks as well as any toiletries you may have forgotten to bring. This hotel could easily charge a lot more for these rooms than they do. I will be staying here again for sure in the future.

It was a wonderful, wonderful stay! We noted that my mom needed a room that was accessible and that we were celebrating her 70th birthday while she’s going through breast cancer treatment. They upgraded our room and set out a super sweet birthday surprise on the counter for us when we walked in! It made her DAY! Truly thoughtful, kind and detailed oriented staff. The pool and breakfast were also lovely! Beds and room was comfy and very clean! We will absolutely be staying here again when we go to Holland and recommending them to friends. Thank you so much for a fabulous stay!

Clean, well kept and confortable facilities. But, poor dining options and most importantly, no daily housekeeping, what was completely unannounced for us. From considering it an outstanding stay on day one, our perception change to “just ok” stay on day 2 when we noticed lack of housekeeping services.

My family stayed there for two nights, and we were all impressed with the lobby, outdoor area, our room including a full-size fridge plus a well-equipped kitchen, as well as new EVERYTHING. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The only thing our room lacked was a dish rack for hand washing dishes + sponge (dish soap was provided). Also, breakfast was included and had a good/different variety each morning, but only paper plates and plastic utensils were provided. I wish it was ceramic plates and metal utensils, which provide a better breakfast experience in my opinion plus not so much waste. Overall, we had a great stay with so much to do and experience in Holland and the surrounding region. Thank you! We'll be back...

Very nice updated hotel! We stayed here to go over to Saugutuck and the drive was not bad at all, under 20 min. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was served from 7am-10am. The room we were in was very spacious, highly recommend staying here if you will hop from Holland to Saugutuck!

Beautiful new hotel! Rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only had issues with the tv as channels such as espn were not live and were old games and segments. Could not watch live football games. Amenities were excellent and property was clean.
