The room needs lots of work. I had to move Rooms due to windows not locking and feeling unsafe. Second room also has window problems. Room has old musty smell. The night clerk wasn t helpful and didn't return my call after I made my reservation. I gps keep giving me different direction and couldn't find hotel and I finally had to stop at another hotel to find directions. The morning staff was great in every way.

Black mold in the bathroom of room 118. Having sinus troubles today since I’m highly allergic. I have pictures of it. Also the staff failed to control the noise and running in the halls at midnight even when I brought it to their attention.
