I would like to thank the entire staff at Silverland May, especially Thao, Andy, and Anna. Due to my back condition, Andy, Anna, and Thao went above and beyond to change our room and provide a more comfortable mattress to help ease my pain. Additionally, Thao and Andy ordered extra congee to be delivered to our room at 9 PM to soothe my stomach and a hot cup of ginger tea.
