From the moment I arrived for a late-night check-in, I was truly impressed by the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff. Despite the late hour, the welcome was gracious, efficient, and full of genuine smiles — a perfect start after a long journey. The room was beautifully appointed — cozy yet luxurious — with every comfort thoughtfully provided. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I woke up to a stunning view of the city and river, which made each morning feel special. Breakfast was a delightful experience with a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh tropical fruits to local Vietnamese dishes and international favorites. The rooftop café and pool area were absolute highlights — peaceful, scenic, and ideal for relaxing after a long hectic work day. Every aspect of my stay — from the impeccable cleanliness to the attentive service and inviting ambience — exceeded expectations. The entire team at Silverland Jolie deserves full credit for making guests feel so well cared for. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting HCMC. Avoid! The hotel is in a tiny building, everything needs renovation plus there is no restaurant. They've crammed tables and chairs at the end of the building to make a 'dining area'. They cart in a breakfast buffet every morning. Not sure where the kitchen is. The buffet is the worst quality and variety in all the hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. The rooms have old furniture, the bathroom is really tight, the glass panel from the shower is a few inches away as the door swings open, so you have to play a little wiggle game to get into the bathroom. The ceiling on the bathroom had some damage that was just patched up. There was a tiny 24" tv - Not Smart - so no Netflix or Youtube. The list goes on and on... The pictures they posted are quite misleading. Overall, it is a shoddy place and I would not recommed- not worth more than $30-40/night.

Hotel staff was the best part of the trip!

The staff was friendly, helpful, amazing! They helped with laundry, diner cruise reservations, broke suite case, they helped find replacement quickly. When I arrived I had twisted my foot they day before. Tthey found me a crutch. When I return next year. I will stay at that hotel because of them!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is intimate and located near dining, shopping, the Opera House and the river. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Breakfast has many choices, plus the option to order food. Everything we needed was a short walk away. We didn't use the pool but I will say it's much smaller than pictured. We enjoyed happy hour on the rooftop a few times. Overall, I highly recommend Silverland Jolie! Be aware: you need to go up a flight of stairs to enter the hotel. People with disability issues could find that difficult.

Wonderful gem of a hotel

Initially I was a bit hesitant on arrival as hotel was a bit older than I expected. However, I must say that my husband I had an absolutely lovely visit. The staff and service could not be better. They went out of their way to accommodate every single request we had. The rooftop bar is a Vietnamese vibe, and the breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. We paid for an upgraded room, which in retrospect I probably would have stuck with the smaller room. We had a lot of space but the hotel itself is not luxurious. It is an older building and its wear shows. The room was comfortable and very clean. I think a smaller room would have been an excellent value. We walked 3 min to Brelax which was an adorable place to get a massage. There were great cafes within walking distance. The hotel arranged transport, laundry, and dinner reservations when requested. Highly recommend this hotel as a good value, comfortable stay, and convenient location. Anticipate long transport times to the airport in the am. Took us well over an hour.
