Wonderful stay!

We visited over labor day weekend and had a wonderful stay. The property was spacious, great living room space, garage to keep our bikes, golf clubs and fishing gear. My three boys caught a bunch of fish on the ocean side, saw a lot of dolphins. Really enjoyed our stay and would go back again in a second!

Fantastic location

The house layout and location is wonderful. Each morning while having coffee on the deck , you can soak in the water views, while the pelicans and ducks go about their morning routine. Also saw two dolphins swim by.

Summer vacation with our children

Would recommend. Enjoyed the back porch, great view. Plenty of room for our family. Easy access to the beach.Not enough Tupperware products for left overs. The dishwasher didn't seem to work very well. We enjoyed our time there.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would definitely rent this home again & also use this company again! The entire process was organized and easy & Coastal was incredibly responsive, responding (via email) within minutes. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, and the property was in great condition. Beach towels were provided for us as well as extra blankets and plenty of towels. The views were beautiful, it is in a quiet location, and just a few minute walk to the beach.

Great location

Lovely views of the South Beach harbor and easy access to the Salty Dog. The property may have recently switched owners? Furniture looked new, beds were comfy but it needs a bit of maintenance. Cabinets and drawers had loose screws that we re-attached. Walls need some painting and vents need cleaning. But very clean otherwise. We enjoyed our stay. .

Family Vacation

Loved the location and the house. Walk to beach and pool was short. View was beautiful. Was missing a blanket for pull out sofa, called and the blanket was delivered the same day. Stove insert needs to be updated and downdraft vent was not working. Dishwasher needs jet dry or something as it didn't dry dishes well. Property description says close to shops, however most had been torn down and were in the process of being rebuilt. Overall, very nice house and area and would stay here again.

Family Vacation

We were all very very impressed with our stay in the townhouse. We had everything we needed for our visit before we left home including our passes to stay in Sea Pines and the codes for the home. There was no need to stop and pick up a key.There was more than enough space for our family of 7 including 3 teenagers. It was also impressively clean. We enjoyed the area and could easily walk to the beach. But, of course, the absolute best thing was the view. We spent the majority of our time in the house on the deck overlooking the water. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

Thanksgiving in Sea Pines

The villa was great. It was clean from top to bottom. Which you always hope for and don’t always get. A+ for sheets, towels, bathrooms, furniture, rugs, refrigerator, oven, doors and deck. Really nice. My few thoughts…there are a number of outlets not working in bathrooms and bedrooms. I also appreciate your choice of simplicity in the kitchen in regard to glasses, dishes etc.which were all clean and neat. But a few more dishes you could pop in the oven or microwave might be helpful. It was a challenge to heat our catered holiday meal. Overall, we had a wonderful visit to South Beach. Thank you for having us. We hope we were good visitors and plan to be back again. The Tate Family

Great house and location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are long time Hilton Head folks. However, we have never stayed in Sea Pines until this year. I think we were missing out! This house was in great condition, was in a great location and the beaches were fantastic! The house was clean, had plenty of room for our group of 10, plenty of storage in the garage for chairs and beach items. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and watching the fish jump out of the water. Beach access was very close and not hard to get to. We had good communication from the company prior to arrival. We would highly recommend this house. This rental came with a gear credit with VayKlife - I was not happy with them at all, but that has nothing to do with the house. Get your bikes from somewhere else.

At the very last minute the owner and the rental company accommodated us without hesitation that made our multigenerational family vacation one to remember! The large windows allowed everyone to enjoy the beautiful views. Watching the boats peacefully come in and out of Braddock Cove was my 89 year old moms favorite thing to do as she read her book on the deck!I can't say thank you enough as my family has owned 4 properties in Sea Pines this location is an A++!

This location provided us a smooth transition to the rental market. The location is very private with breathtaking views. The unit was very spacious, clean and well decorated. Then you combine the location with all the amenities of South Beach and you have a perfect vacation spot.Natalie in corporate office was very helpful and so pleasant to work with.I will use this property again and have already recommended to my friends to use.
