Great location and nice unit overall. Can walk to restaurants, shops and the beach within minutes. We brought our bikes and rode them EVERYWHERE. Would only suggest a better bed in the second bedroom. It was not suitable for 2 adults. It was small and dipped inward. The couple we were with split sleeping in the bed and on the couch.

Pros: location, access to the beach, pool, elevator, comfy beds, very livable space for the week.Cons: laundry was not in unit and no change machine was available (cost 1 each for washer and dryer), bath towels were pretty rough on skin, primary bathroom shower is small with no where to place shampoo, body wash, etc and there was mold around the outside. Patio furniture was not very comfortable. The path to the beach and a few inches of standing water by the gate that was a bit annoying to get through. Overall, the location and quick access to the beach made the stay worth it. The pool was clean and a great temperature. The unit was a great amount of space for two adults and two kids.

Great property in a great location! A couple of notes for future guests - beach towels are not provided, and there were no sheets found for the pull-out couch/bed. You will need to purchase or bring these items with you. Would not hesitate to stay again.

I’ve stayed in numerous units at Beachwood Place over the past eight years. This unit by far is the best unit at which I’ve stayed. The unit is immaculate, the pots and pans look new. There are plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils and pots/pans as opposed to other units. Everything is clean and fresh looking. Watching the sun rise from the balcony is perfect. I was pleasantly surprised to see a beach umbrella, wagon, and two chairs as well as beach toys for children. This place is a KEEPER!

Wonderful

Wonderful location! Cute, updated decor. Comfortable beds. Beach chairs, sand toys, a beach umbrella, some noodles, and a beach wagon were in the condo for use, greatly appreciated! Pool was also nice. Would stay here again!
