Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is your ultimate destination to a fun filled family vacation . Come park your car and relax . This villa is located just steps from the beach . Updated property offers a one bedroom with queen with a sleeper sofa and full bathroom. Great for a couple or small family with a set of captains bunk beds in the hallway . Fully equipped kitchen features a coffee maker, microwave , stove, refrigerator, dishes, utensils, glassware, blow dryer all the conveniences of home.
Sit on the balcony in our new comfortable furnishings to sip your morning coffee or your evening cocktail. And smell the salt air and enjoy a constant ocean breeze. The steps from the villa led to the parking lot and a very short walk to the beach walk
We have the largest pool on the island along with separate children’s pool located oceanfront right next to the large beach walk. Adjacent to Jamaica Joez beachfront eatery with famous cocktails served poolside with a great dining experience . A second pool is located by the Admiral Row complex
Tennis courts on site includes and hour of tennis a day for four people., pickerel ball , Beach volley ball, basketball , well equipped indoor fitness center , playground for the kids and many other activities Please check the activities during the season posted by the pool . On site experienced PPR certified pickleball coaches, 11 permanent courts have been added on site. Local tournaments along with out of state are played on site . Year round Front desk onsite has list of tournaments. You must sign up !

Villa is located among 50 acres of property with well groomed bike baths throughout and right on the best “ white sandy “ pristine beach. Hilton Head Island was voted once again “ the best beach destination. 11 miles of beaches great for beach walks and bike rides Lifeguards are in property during season and also rent beach chairs and umbrellas. They take them down daily and set up again the next morning

It was great access to pool and beach only a few steps away-and they had fun activities at the pool several days that the kids enjoyed. We also rode the free breeze bus from stop 19 just in front of the resort- went out for ice cream. Overall had wonderful week!
Sunset at the pool as karaoke ended.
My daughter enjoyed swimming and doing hand stands at the beach.

Great location and host, just needs a couple of updates

The property is really cute with great access to the beach, the pool and places to get food at the resort. I can’t say enough good things about the resort. The host was very helpful sending reminder texts before and during our stay and very understanding when our second payment did not automatically charge. This would have been a 5 star experience if not for these 3 things:1. The mattress in the master desperately needs to be replaced. It is sinking on one side and has a lump in the middle. It’s comfortable enough to get okay sleep, but will continue to annoy you during your stay. 2. There is a window above the master bed that opens to the hallway outside the front door. This hallway has fluorescent lights that stay on 24/7, which leaks into the master room at night, regardless of how tight you close the shutters. This window clearly has a place for a curtain rod, but there was no curtain rod or curtains over it, which means the room was never completely dark. The window very seriously needs a blackout curtain. 3. The couch was okay, but not the most comfortable or very long at all. Also, note that the twin bunk beds are very small. We did not use them, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone older than an elementary school child sleep in those beds.Overall, the place is tight quarters but a great option if you want the best of the beach on a budget.

Amazing Vacation

First time in Hilton Head, definitely won't be the last. The condo was exactly as advertised. Clean, great location, awesome pool, friendly staff. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting. Fitness room, tennis/pickleball courts are well kept. Everything you could need is within walking distance. Loved it!

Best friends trip

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head. We loved our stay in this villa. It was clean and had modern updates and decor. The unit was steps from the pool and beach and had bike rentals on property, which we took advantage of one morning. Teresa was very nice and quick to answer our questions via texting or phone call. Cute, convenient location, steps from the beach. Minutes away from many attractions and restaurants. Unfortunately, the unit next to ours was having new flooring installed which was noisy for a couple of days. It would be nice if renters were aware of renovations going on nearby before renting. If staying more than two nights, bring your own toilet paper and/or Kleenex as only two rolls are provided.
