Great trip!!

House was spacious and the outside deck in the morning and evening were perfect. The view of the golf course was a nice view to see each day. Great house for adults and kids and the kitchen is large enough to accommodate everyone around the island when coming, hanging out, etc.

Great location, beautiful home

Beautiful house with a great floor plan, centrally located. Our only complaints… ice maker is broken, water filter on refrigerator needed replacing and dryer made an extremely loud noise and didn’t dry very well. Reported all to Vacasa on our first day and didn’t have any of the issues resolved upon leaving. Vacasa never responded to my email in the beginning with a request to extend our visit, arriving a few days earlier. I eventually called, after a week or more passed. We have rented many times in Sea Pines and other rental companies have been much more responsive To our needs.

Everything we expected and more

Loved everything about the house. The layout, the hot tub, the view, the location. The only issue we had was having to get 3 door codes but it was wiicky tesolvef.

Great potential BUT we had some issues!

The house is beautiful and a great location BUT it was not ready on time when we arrived, the hot tub was broken and we could not use it, the master bathtub was broken, the shower in one bedroom leaked out all over the floor, the house was not as clean as we hoped, management was less than professional when trying to deal with some of these issues.

Nice house, great location

This was our first visit to Hilton Head and we loved it. It started off a little rocky, as we were tired from traveling and ready to check in but the housekeeper was still there and said it would be 20 more minutes. We decided to just go around to the back and sit on that lovely deck while we waited. The deck was pretty filthy, and then we become very worried about the house itself. But when she was finished, the house was nice and clean and beautiful. There was only one housekeeper, so I wonder if they have a shortage or if people are calling out. It's a big house to clean. The location of the house was pretty central in Sea Pines. We rented bikes which is definitely the way to go. It gets you to the beach faster, and we took some great rides throughout the neighborhood. Harbor Town pool was much better than I expected---not crowded, and a quick bike ride. Also, the couches are really comfortable. But we tried to watch sports at night and you have to be some sort of tech genius to work the TV. I don't think you should have to study to use a television. But then again we weren't there for the TV. I would rent this place again. But yeah, the deck needs some cleaning care, and at least swept off for new renters.

Family Vacation

It was a great vacation home and we enjoyed our week there! It was very clean and the pictures are an accurate depiction of the house. The only things we noticed upon arrival that need fixed are the broken/bent blinds and the master bathroom light which flickered but never turned on. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Gorgeous home overlooking stunning golf course.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The house was enormous and had the most beautiful view of the golf course. My husband and I took morning walks on the walking trail along side the property. We enjoyed a couple days at the pool they provided passes for and a couple days at the beach which were both very close to the property. Beach chairs were provided and we actually left an umbrella in the garage at the house to be used by anyone else that may need one when staying there. This is our second time to Hilton head and we always rent a car which I highly recommend. We love Hilton and head and were beyond thrilled with this house. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back!!

Great for kids

Overall, great spot. Originally looked forward to the hot tub. Prior to arrival, listing changed and removed the hot tub. Oh well! Had a great time. Perfect for kids - close to beach trolley - easy biking

great house

very comfortable, central location, easy to bike everywhere from, plenty of kitchen utensils and towels for everyone, unfortunately the hot tub that wouldn't heat from a review in September still wasn't working, and although we were told it would be fixed on our last full day there, it wasn't. Would have been nice to be given a heads up or it be taken off the listing if it would take months to fix.

House was very nice and clean!

The house was very nice and clean inside but the outside needed some cleaning as well as the hot tub. The hot tub also didn’t heat up at all which was a bummer but the house was great!
