We had no use of the master bath toilet starting on arrival. After 4days, we had no water for most of the day due to trying to fix the problem as it was coming from the unit next door. Everything was okay until Saturday, when the toilet almost overflowed again and also the shower which backed up with sewage. We did get some reimbursement, however it was with pressure as they said it wasn’t their problem, it was the unit next door and that everything was fine before we came? I had to reinforce that I recognized it was not their fault but neither was it our fault and that we were renting and traveled many miles to get to a rated 5 star condo. I had to keep insisting that because they were the managing host, that we deserved some reimbursement because of the terrible lack of needed amenities. I felt we should not have experienced that kind of response from a company that boasts meeting your needs and comfort.
