My husband and I and our children, significant others and grandchildren stayed at this lovely home. It was so conveniently located to the bike trail just steps from the back yard. A short walk to the beach where we rode bikes! We never rode bikes on the beach before and it was one of the best experiences. The pool was wonderful and clean! The house was roomy and fit 10 adults two teens and two babies! It had everything we needed. A beach wagon, tent, umbrellas, toys and beach chairs. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend. The only suggestion would be to have brighter lighting in the bathrooms. That is the only thing that could be improved.

A Perfect Beach Getaway!

My family members and I had the pleasure of staying at this stunning luxury beach house, and it was an experience to remember. The property is beautifully designed and offers all the comforts one could wish for. The heated pool was a fantastic feature, allowing us to enjoy a swim at any time of the day. Just a minute's walk from the beach, the location couldn't be more ideal for beach lovers.Upon arrival, we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome basket filled with snacks and water, courtesy of the attentive property manager. This gesture set the tone for a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The house is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants, making it easy to explore the local area and indulge in some retail therapy or delicious dining.Additionally, being just an hour's drive from Savannah, Georgia, we had the opportunity to take a day trip to this charming city, adding even more to our vacation experience. Overall, this beach house is the perfect choice for anyone looking to unwind in luxury and enjoy the best of what the area has to offer. Highly recommended!

Great house, but upkeep not great

A few things need attention1)Many ants in pull out pantry shelves2) Ice maker frozen up, overflowed w ice so when opened it dumped tons of ice on floor3)Queen to Q bathroom has leak of tank at back edge of toilet seat and onto floor and also has several small roaches4) Blue twin bedrm ceiling fan does not work5) Downstairs bedrm fire alarm battery removed due to expired battery causing it to go off. Cover left on dresser.Clearly house had not been recently used or checked before our arrival, which should have been done. Made our initial move in not pleasant.

Great Beach Spot for Large Groups

Highly recommend this particular rental property and the rental management. Had a great stay with a large, family group. The house has plenty of room and the pool in the backyard is an incredible perk. The house was very clean upon check-in and a pool cleanning crew came mid-week which was nice as the pool was getting alot of use after the daily beach trips. House is only a block from the beach and the street conveniently ends at a public beach access. Also, the beach was not over crowded. All week, we were able to find a spot right near the before mentioned beach access. Suprisingly, the home is stocked with everything you will need and we only had a minor isssue with the fridge but it turned out to be just that the previous renter had misplaced the freezer storage tray. Initially, we did contact the owner/rental management about the fridgerator/freezer and they were very responsive and offered to send out a repair person.Turned out, repair was not necessary once the tray was put in correctly and the fridge and freezer operated perfectly after that. By the way, this occured during the weekend so I was pleasantly suprised to receive the quick response from the rental management.

Fantastic for everyone

This place worked out great for our family of 10. The beach was close enough my 81 yr old mother-in-law walked there every day. Once she was up the stairs in the house, she was able to stay on the main level in the bedroom there. She loved the rocking chairs on the porch. The rest of us loved the place too and there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms that no one felt like they were on top of each other. We particularly enjoyed the big round table where we could all sit down for dinner together. The vegetation around the pool made it so private. Shopping and ice cream was a bit further but still walkable.

Perfect size and location

This fit our large extended family perfectly. Has a nice pool and is very close to the beach. Just a heads up that the kitchen is not stocked with the basics (salt, sugar, etc) and the oven is super slow. Otherwise, everything else was great!!

Our Third Stay

Wonderful house and great location. There are 12 of us and can be a little tight in the main living area but the covered porch with rocking chairs is convenient for spillover. Excellent communication with owner/rep . It is a short pleasant stroll (less than 5 min) to the beach. The pool is great - it was cleaned twice while we were there. Highly recommend this home!

Coligny Beach

Fabulous location and great house for a family reunion. Plenty of space to spread out, very convenient to the beach, right on the bike path, and just a mile from restaurants and shops and a great playground. Lots of beach amenities at the house to make your stay a delight.

We rented the house for our children and young grandchildren. I have to say the house exceeded my expectations. When we drove up I thought I arrived at the wrong address....the pictures did not capture its full essence. The location to beach and nearby town with many restaurants was accurately described. The beach magnificent and both easily walkable and great even for bike riding. The weather better than I thought this time of year reaching mid-high 70's. Beautiful pool with plenty of toys. I do recommend heating it this time of year. There was a good supply of beach chairs with a transport cart. Although beach and regular towels provided , I would suggest a second set be available. as well as greater supply of paper products for larger families. Would consider having a pac n play or portable crib for families with younger children. Bikes would be a great idea. Items we didn't have were easily rented. Our family enjoyed this special time we had together. Thanks

We ranged in age from 2 - 65 - I can honestly say this property was perfect - The house was perfect for those who wanted quiet time - to those who wanted beach and shopping - The kitchen is setup well for cooking breakfast or dinner - Uber was quick for pizza night - my favorite.. as the senior in the group - was the first floor master - with the prvt door to the veranda for my early morning mug of coffee- my 25 yr old loved the outlet malls and close walk to the beach - while our two year old paddled in the prvt pool - the large open floor plan allowed for fun family evenings ... Just a beautiful place for family gatherings

Family time!

We had a large group of family stay at this wonderful property and can't think of a thing we lacked. The ocean and beach every morning with sun at the pool each afternoon. The house/kitchen was well stocked and the pool was even cleaned twice while we were there. Only suggestion would be the addition of a door alarm system for pool safety since there is not a fence around the pool. Not a problem for us as the kids were quite young so constantly supervised but as they get older an alarm for the doors opening would be helpful for any unknown exploring that may occur. The owner was very responsive and answered all questions promptly. This could easily become our regular yearly stop!
