Girls Trip 2025

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience on our summer girls trip! With this property being steps from the beach, it was super convenient. The pool, property, and beach were just a few of the amazing things that we experienced. It was in a very safe location. Having a gated community for the property made us all feel safe!

Hilton Head vacation

We were completely satisfied with this property. We had an excellent experience and the extra things that came with the rental was just the cherry on top. We will definitely look at Costal for our next beach vacation!

Great place for kids

This is a great family friendly property, everything young kids want within a short walk. It's an older property and in need of some typical maintenance, sliding screen door was not functional.

Amazing, family friendly place

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean, had everything needed for us to enjoy our stay, and was right on the beach. The utensils need updating but it didn’t affect us since we brought our own. Also, if staying with a large group, bring your own large pots and pans or just go out to eat. The restaurants in the area are amazing and close enough to bike to. The cookware in the place is perfect for small groups or simple meals. Overall, really enjoyed the location with the kids playground in view of the porch and the pool being as close as the beach. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a break and will visit again in the future if possible.

Best stay in Hilton Head!!!

This place had it all. 1 minute stroll to beach or pool. Xplorie extras were awesome as we used it for Golf and Mini golf, bikes, and chairs. We have been going to HHI for 15 years, this place tops our list for all the places we have stayed. We will be booking again.

Great location and property!

We took our kiddos + grandma to this property for a week and loved it! The condo itself was very clean and well taken care of. Only three issues we had with the unit itself were - the kitchen sink water pressure is terrible and the faucet needs to be replaced (the sprayer button kept coming off and we had to continue to put it back on), the smaller bathroom bathtub faucet has a terrible leak and will not turn off, and the balcony door was very difficult to open. All in all, those are minor complaints to the overall trip experience. The resort property was ideal! The pool area has multiple levels (one for baby with a sun shade sail, one for main swimming, and a sun deck + spa that doesn't allow children). The bathrooms at the pool were very clean and conveniently located. There are also a ton of turtles in the pond adjacent to this area that my kiddos loved! This property is RIGHT next to the beach access (just have to walk off of the porch), the playground is steps away from the porch, as well as some corn hole and rope throwing games. I could not have asked for a better spot! There are umbrellas and chairs you can rent right there at the beach access that were great for a home base setup and some shade for napping and sun breaks. Overall, GREAT experience! Will definitely consider returning if we come back to HHI in the future.

Loved!

This property was a in great location. Close to everything. Loved that it was a ground level unit. Easy walk to the beach. There were beach chairs and games in the unit. We did wish there was a bigger pool but we did not spend much time there so it wasn't' much of an issue. The sliding glass door was hard to open but those were really the only "issues" we had.

Perfect Stay

Our stay was perfect! It was very clean, had plenty of beach and bath towels for our stay, and is in the perfect location, just a few steps from the beach. We will definitely visit again!!

Great week!

This unit had everything we needed. I loved the bed options in the second bedroom with the twin upper and full lower. There were plenty of games, books, some beach chairs, sand toys. Lots of seating. We’ve rented several units at Island Club, this was our favorite. And the managing company Coastal Vacation Rentals went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good experience from beginning to end.

Difference of locations of buildings at Island Club

I love the location of the property. It is just steps to the beach. The only problem with the Neptune bldg is that it has several sets of steps to get to the beach and you cannot take a rolling cooler or wagon. You have to go to one of the bldgs on either side. That's a long walk for us. We stayed at the Atlantis last year and walked right out to the walkway to the beach.

All above the location

The Island Club location is perfect. Literally on the beach—easy back and forth to condo. Condo itself was fine—nothing spectacular. Beds were comfortable but couches were showing age. Two bathrooms were good—one tub, one shower. Condo had some beach gear that has been left by previous renters but I wouldn’t count on it being there. Rental company provided plenty of bath towels, 6 beach towels (but we brought our own which were better) and starter supplies (dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, tp, trash bags but those were not enough for our party of six for the week). Ground floor condo had a gate to patio but not able to unlock patio door from the outside. The gate made drop off of beach gear very convenient though. The pool area is on the smaller side and our group of teenagers spent less than 10 minutes there before deciding it wasn’t worth it. It would be perfect for children 10 and under. We used the property grills once—worked great. All dishes and glasses were ceramic and glass which surprised me for a beach location—no plastic. Overall, we had a wonderful week at the beach!

Island Club is a gem!

We love the great location of 4101 island club, beautiful grounds, and amazing pools. With the playground right outside of our balcony, the children spent a lot of time playing. Then just a few steps more and we were on the beach. The condo was spacious and well appointed. We will return!
