The house, pool, balconies, basement afforded us plenty of room to spread out, and it was only a short walk to the beach. Nice House - Good Service

House is lovely, location is great and while we didn't require much interaction from the property manager, she reached out to us a few times to be sure we were happy. Overall, a good trip and I would have nothing but positive comments about Island Time.

Reviewer Comments: This property is a great location to the beach and restaurants, groceries, etc. There is a lot of space and it is a great floor plan for large families or groups. I was disappointed in the condition, but do understand that large groups and pets are a challenge. The property management company was responsive and easy to work with, but I think for the price, the property needs some work.

We were there for a girls golf state tournament and the girls (and dads) loved the golf simulator. It was only about 100 yards from the beach which everyone also loved. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well stocked, the nearby park offered activities, and the walk to the beach couldn’t be any closer.

Reviewer Comments: Rental went smooth from start to finish...clean and well laid out for couples and kids to gather comfortably...lots of room to spread out. Easy walk to the beach! The outside balconies were great! Kitchen was well equipped, but using the induction stove was a little confusing (some pots were not compatible).Questions to the property manager were answered quickly and accurately (they are really friendly!).Some of the bedrooms could use a larger dresser.

Wonderful house!

What a wonderful house! The layout was perfect for our group of 15, with the combination of king bedrooms and bunk rooms. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Everyone remarked how comfortable the mattresses were. And 2 washers and 2 dryers! Parking in the garage and in the driveway was available. The beach is a short walk down a path across the marsh. The management company did a great job in addressing any concerns we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Home for family gathering

We had a wonderful time at this property . Bunk rooms are great for kids . Well stocked with most dishes . We did have some issues with several appliances , dishwasher , ice machine in fridge & cooktop is a little tricky . Island Realty was quick to send someone out to fix the problems . Would like to mention Brenda at Island Realty - she was great !! Answered many questions & a pleasure to talk to !! Brian was also very helpful with some of the issues .

The house is extremely well stocked for just about anything we could ask for! The agents were extremely helpful with the small issues we had. House was very clean upon arrival and grounds were well kept. The walk to the beach was very easy especially with the beach carts the house provided. We can’t wait to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very good! Lots of space for a large family from age 2-68. The sheets on all beds were poor. The quality was what you would expect in a low budget motel. Primary bed needs a king blanket. It was a double on it. Some of the ceiling fans would not go on high. Lots of wasps and nests. Nests should be knocked down and treated weekly. Definitely need a large couple of fans in the lower level.

Great beach location, spacious house

Our 3- generation family of 14 thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home and its close-proximity to the beach! The furnishings are well appointed in each room, the grandkids especially enjoyed both bunk bed rooms! The elevator worked fine and was a plus for bringing luggage up/down, groceries etc. We loved the ping pong table and the basketball game, spent hours competing against each other—fun! The property manager Pam was very responsive and helpful. The ice maker in the refrigerator wasn’t working well so she had an ice making machine dropped off to us right away. (FYI, There is no can opener and the jets don’t work in the Bathtub with the green bedspread bunk beds)

7 Sea Front Lane

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 7 Sea Front Lane is a great house for a Hilton Head experience. We enjoyed all the facilities the house had to offer and felt it was well equipped for our needs. Island Time were an extremely helpful vacation company to deal with and accommodated our check in and check out requests without it being a problem. Unbeknown to us apple remotes had gone missing during a previous guests stay, but Island Time resolved this issue within 24 hours of our arrival and had all TV’s up and running for us without any inconvenience to ourselves. I would definitely recommend staying in this lovely beautifully decorated home and would recommend booking through Island time.

Burke's Beach beauty

We stayed in this home for the weekend of our son's wedding. It was very convenient to the wedding venue and the house was amazing! More than plenty of room for the 16 of us! Every bedroom had a private bathroom. All the rooms were comfortable and roomy with king size beds. The bunk bed rooms were even a hit! Queen over queen and double over double. One worked well for a family of five and the other for single adults. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room to move around and enjoy being with each other! The pool was in the front of the house which was a little different, but the kids enjoyed swimming in it each day! There was a game room downstairs that we all enjoyed- ping pong and basketball! I definitely recommend this wonderful home for multiple families and friends of all ages to stay. The property manager was wonderful and helped us with any questions we had! I would love to stay there again!

Good stay but sometimes I don’t like to go improvements needed

This house was in a great location, a few minute walk to a great beach, house had lots of space for gathering and spacious rooms; a few areas of much needed improvement are that the outdoor balconies on different levels were quite dirty and run down, one even had a screen door laying on ground, furniture on those balconies really need to be replaced for the cost of this rental; stairs leading to pool have holes in it and bees and wasps live in those and are buzzing around, some of the balcony doors have warped locks and don’t lock, property management needs more updated info; they said there are no beach towels provided but there are 25 beach towels for use and a sign that says you are free to use if you wash, dry out them away after use. We liked the pool but it is extremely small.

Family Beach reunion

Nice spacious clean house, lots of rooms and place for storage. Induction stove top is very confusing and some pots and pans weren't working on this specific stove top. The pots and pans are not non stick. Would be nice to have small pans. Had few different maintenence issues but with Pams help and my husband being handy we were able to fix most of the issues. Great grill with all necessary tools. Small but fun pool and other available games for kids, teens and young adults. It was useful to have 2 washers and dryers and beach towels. Very handy beach gears. Ice maker wasn't working and we weren't able to fix it, very inconvenient since we all love ice.

Beautiful home but too many small problems

We arrived at check in time but cleaners were still there. Turns out they had a lot of work because of previous renters. Inside was immaculate but outside the previous renters left watermelon rinds, banana peels , candy wrappers, trash. T He elevator was not working so we had to carry all bags, groceries, etc up all stairs. Freezer in refrigerator didn’t work right away so ice cream melted. One half house had no hot water. Tv remotes did not work and main tv remote turned on upstairs TVs… they were all synched together.Metal gate on driveway almost fell so we zip tied it. In other words beds, baths, kitchen living areas were great… spacious and clean and location of house was great….but so many problems we had to tell property managers about. It became a pain to keep complaining.

Reviewer Comments: From the moment we booked the vacation rental at 7 Sea Front Lane to the day we departed, everything about the experience—service, quality, and overall comfort—was exceptional. We loved our stay and would do it all over again without hesitation.We were four families with a mix of mostly teenagers and a couple of pre-teens. Finding a rental that provided enough space for everyone was key, and this home checked all the boxes. The two bunk rooms with double-sized beds gave all the kids their own space, while the adults enjoyed private king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It was truly perfect for our group.The layout of the house balanced privacy and togetherness beautifully. The common spaces were inviting and comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook up several New Year’s feasts (thanks to all the great supermarkets and shops nearby too!). While we mostly enjoyed meals at home, it was a bonus to have great restaurants nearby when we wanted to venture out.The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, with ocean views from the second-floor balcony. There’s also a lovely park close by, featuring bike trails, tennis courts, and a playground. Whether relaxing or exploring, this rental offers the best of everything.The peaceful surroundings were another highlight. The block itself was charming, with beautiful views in every direction, and the stars at night were an unforgettable sight—clear, bright, and breathtaking.Pam and the property management team were outstanding. They checked in regularly and addressed any minor issues (like adjusting the A/C or the elevator) promptly and professionally, ensuring our stay was never disrupted. Great House for Large Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at 7 Sea Front. The house is spacious and has a lot of amenities that we were able to utilize. This was our first visit to Hilton Head. We had 17 people during our stay and there was plenty of room to spread out. The double washers/dryers were very convenient for our large family. The kitchen had everything we needed except a functional can opener. We enjoyed the porches every morning with coffee and visiting. The kids really liked the golf simulator and ping pong table in the basement. The pool is small in comparison to the size of the house but we enjoyed it every day. The walk to the beach is very short. The ocean is visible from the top porch. The whole property was clean and well-maintained. We rented bikes and I would very much recommend doing that. We biked on the beach and there are plenty of trails to bike on, as well. I would recommend this property, but there are a few suggestions I would offer to improve it. The wifi is not powerful enough to support the household. I needed to work a few hours and had to provide my own hot spot because the wifi was week and spotty. It was insufficient during our whole stay. One of the king bedrooms did not include a dresser for clothes. It's difficult to unpack for a week without a dresser. The elevator was tempermental during our whole stay. We have a family member with a handicap and needed to utilize the elevator. The management company worked very hard to get it in working order and was very responsive to questions/concerns. All in all, we had a great time and would choose this home again if we decide not to be beach/ocean front.
