Comfortable Home in Perfect Location

We had a great 5 days here- we had everything we needed, house was clean and comfy and location was ideal…far enough from heart of Coligny, but still walkable. We much prefer this location to Sea Pines! We would definitely return!

Sandpiper weekend

We enjoyed our stay very much. We've stayed at Hilton Head a number of times, so we have had interaction with many management companies. Seashore Vacations company is one of the best. They were welcoming and friendly without being fake. There were some problems with the property, but our interaction with Seashore was perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a fantastic getaway to this N. Forest Beach HHI home... perfect design for a large family, with nice bedrooms all with private baths. We loved the pool and deck - and were happy with the parking spaces in front to accommodate our group. Would recommend a few minor fixes - just slight issues with the dishwasher and stove... but nothing that impacted our trip and can't be resolved. The management company was extremely responsive and kind... would absolutely book through Seashore again!

Let’s start with that that the picture that you show it’s not the house that I stay the company that you working with vacation company call me and they told me that it’s occupied after you guys charge me and they change the house on me. I wasn’t pleased with the house wasn’t clean enough.The pool was dirty and the balcony also the garage We never use that company vacation ever

Great house, short walk to the beach

This house was perfect for our group of 5 couples. Would also be ideal for a family or two families, as every bedroom has its own bathroom. Having a nearly fully stocked kitchen was convenient, as we cooked at the house two nights. Very clean, lots of lighting and mirrors. Check-in was easy and timely. Ample parking for our 4 vehicles. The walk to the beach was maybe 2 minutes, and our group was able to easily walk to the shops and restaurants on the island. The only negative about the house is the deck stairs going to the pool get very slippery when wet. Two in our group ended up falling on our first night, and thankfully were not seriously injured. Would definitely return to this house again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at 28 Sandpiper! The house was extremely clean when we arrived and well stocked with basic supplies and bath towels. The location is perfect for a family vacation to enjoy the beach and the pool. You are steps away from the beach and very close to Coligny Circle where you can find stores and restaurants. We rented bikes for the week and it was amazing biking on the beach everyday. There are many streets and trails you can bike as well. The bedrooms are big with king beds in most the rooms and your own bathroom in each bedroom. We had plenty of space to spread out with our family of 5. The pool was perfect for our 3 teenagers to enjoy. Seashore Vacations was extremely helpful and very quick to answer any questions we had. Our stay at this property was outstanding. The location can’t be beat. We are hoping to stay here again next year and look forward to coming back!

Amazing Location

My family and I enjoyed this house. The location is second to none. Having a 1 year old and a 3 year old being that close to the beach was amazing. We rode bikes and could be at Coligny in 5 minutes. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. The only thing we would have liked to see different was 1. The cleanliness of the house. I’m not blaming this on the owner but the cleaning company probably needs to do a better job. Our kids were grabbing trash/food from under the couch. 2. The door handle to the front door is kind of broke. Our 1 year old was able to reach it since it was hanging and opened up the door to go outside a few times. 3. The high ceilings in the upstairs bedroom could make that room get really hot during the day. The room was great, I would just get an extra fan. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for having us.

Great layout

Loved how many bedrooms it had and that every bedroom had a bathroom, my only complaint was that the tub in the master bath had mold around the jets and blew out mold when turned on and my wife was really looking forward to a bath on the cold days when we were there but wouldn’t get in it after seeing that…

Excellent

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The agency was easy to talk to and very accommodating. Location wise, the Sandpiper is basically right on the beach and just a short drive or bike ride away from the plaza and downtown area. It was overall a great stay and will come back again.

The pictures misinform renters since it looks pristine. The master bathroom was dirty from sand, broken shower door & disgusting rug. Broken toilet paper holder upstairs & most important the grill was broken.We paid extra to heat pool & it was not turned on upon arrival. They especially told me to order ahead.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was nice and spacious for everyone, however it wasn’t exactly all the way up to par. Some of the things in the home was outdated like some of the small appliances and fixtures in the bathrooms. It was also dirty when we arrived. We literally had to go to Walmart to clean the bathrooms and also the kitchen ourselves so we could be comfortable. Definitely wasn’t expecting to come into a house that wasn’t cleaned. The office was friendly, but the issue was never really resolved when we reached out. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it, maybe a different house would be better.
