This was such a disappointing experience. The facility is really quite pretty overall but the management and running of this hotel is severely lacking. I understand renovating but waiting 30 minutes for someone to shown up from outside of the hotel to check you in while ignoring your calls, telling you the pool is closed, “well not closed but not heated so do what you want”, and needing a space heater in our filthy room half way through the night because it feels like the heat is shut off is just insane! The whole reason we stayed here was the pool so the disappointment of that alone mixed with the horrible room condition and service made this the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel!

Shame. This used to be such a great hotel. Can't reach anyone. Barely anything works. Doors not secured to the outside public. And i had to clean up human excrement and urine from the previous guest before my wife arrived. There are other economy hotels in the area. Stay at any of those.

I ended up not staying. Service was horrible, they denied me the room that I originally booked because they just didn’t want to clean the room. I paid extra for a specific room, and I didn’t get what I paid for, so I stayed somewhere else. Please, for the love of God, do not book at this hotel!

⭐ Horrible Experience – Do Not Recommend The non-smoking floor smelled strongly of marijuana throughout the entire hallway. The room itself was unacceptable: no heater, no garbage can, no blankets or covers, a clogged toilet, a leaking sink, moldy ceiling tiles, and peeling paint. Hotel management was informed of these issues, but nothing was done to resolve them. The only response was providing thick sheets, which did not address the conditions of the room.

Hotel needs maintenance. Murky cold water in pool. Restaurant and Lounge were not open. “Breakfast” was only coffee. Bedding consisted of sheets and a duvet cover without any blankets. Bath tub was rusty. Toilet was loose and moved when you sat on it. You get what you pay for, but photos and written descriptions are misleading.

Took front desk clerk 30 minutes to come to register us. It was 12 degrees and heat didnt work properly gave us a space heater. Asked to pay at property they had already ran my debit card. Not pleased. Will not stay there again i would rather sleep in my car. I am watching my debit card for anything fraudulent!! One word SKETCHY.

Checked in at 1pm and was told all I would have to do is come back and get my room keys. When we returned at 11:30 pm the rooms were not ready and not cleaned. So we waited 3 hours for them to clean the rooms to get into them. Only got 5 of my 7 rooms because was tired. Of waiting and it was 3am. No one is ever at the front desk and still have not got my refund.

Staff were rude and not helpful. No bedding. Asked for pillows and trash can. Never received. No towels. Was brought 1 towel for two people. Smoke alarm missing battery and cover. No inside lock protection. Felt unsafe. Cobwebs and bugs everywhere. So dirty. No one at front desk for check out at 7:am. Went to breakfast and came back at 8:am. Still no one with a lobby full of people wanting to check out. Refrigerator made awful noise and had to unplug. This place has been neglected and needs to be closed.

There was no one at the front desk for check in and I waited for 30 minutes, while ringing the bell and calling on the phone. Once someone arrived, they had a horrible attitude and were extremely rude. It turned out, there were no rooms ready at 5 PM, check in was at 4 PM. Also, the gas company was on property to shut the gas off.
