I stayed here prior in April of last year and enjoyed a fantastic stay. This stay was quite different. I was given a room in the main building as opposed to the chalet I had last time. When booking in, I was told I had no breakfast included when I was sure I had booked it. The room was good but very hot. In attempting to turn the heating off, the radiator continued to pump out heat and turned the room into a sauna I had not asked for. I informed the front desk and they looked into it while I went for a walk. All attempts to rectify it were in vain so I was able to switch rooms to the same room on the floor above. I retrieved the email confirming I had breakfast included and she put this on their system. Breakfast was just as good as last time and parking was really good too. It was less of a positive experience as my first visit but I have to commend the lady who dealt with my situation as she was really helpful and went out of her way to sort everything out.

This hotel is very run down and dated. The carpets were old and dirty.In the room the lights were either on or off, not possible to have the lamps on by themselves. The shower was a mere trickle.The breakfast was appalling, inedible and cold. A conference type flask was on offer for tea which was stewed and cold as was the flask made available for hot water. Would not recommend staying here. The one positive was Ali, a staff member who was exceptional. He really went out of his way to be helpful.

This hotel’s decor is badly outdated, but the facilities are fine. A comfortable bed in a warm room on a very cold night, clean bathroom with toiletries, and tea / coffee / water provided. Staff were first class & breakfast was superb. Best Western need to invest in this place

Friendly reception and lovely welcome. Clean quiet, comfortable and warm room. Room overlooks the outgoing estuary from the waterfall so relaxing sounds of the water.

We were greeted with a very warm welcome to the hotel. Check in took a matter of minutesm we were then shown to our room. Which was very spacious with a large bathroom.it may have been a little dated, but it added to uts charm we also had the watermill directly outside our room... Breakfast was included and made to order and they also catered for our dietary requirements.

Arrived late in the evening and found there still to be parking available - and the parking area felt very safe. Once checked in the hotel staff showed us to our room and explained where everything was in the room and where and when breakfast was served. The room was slightly dated but clean and there was tea/coffee and biscuits in the room. Staff were all lovely and we enjoyed our stay.
