Wooden cottage 1950, renovated 2008-2009, living room/kitchen, bedroom double bed, small sleeping alcove 1 bed, bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine, clothes closet. Downstairs sauna (wood-burning stove), washroom with shower and hot water cauldron, dressing room, bedroom 2 beds. Terrace 20 m².
Living room has wood-burning stove for heating purposes.
Old-time, "romantic garden with cottage", so-called “dry land cottage” (i.e. not near lake), Lake Lohjanjärvi 1 km. Leafy yard area, lawn, apple trees, berry bushes, lilac trees and various shrubs. Plot covers 2000 m². Neighbour is same owner’s other rental cottage (8446) and owner’s own house.
Mustio castle 20 km, Fiskars Ironworks (historical site) 20 km, Bison (American buffalo) park 4 km, Karkali Strict Nature Reserve 2 km (by water), Helsinki 90 km, Turku 90 km.
