Upon arriving we had to request help w valet, once we checked in noticed the Mountain View was totally obstructed by a building in front of our bedroom window. Our tub was cracked along with mold and missing calking surrounding the tub. Some of the service staff were really nice, however the majority of the staff were not very attentive. We were at the hostess stand to see if we had to make reservations for seating and the hostess was in the phone and walked away once she hung up. We were totally ignored, someone else had to walk over to help us out. We did enjoy the beautiful scenery and grounds.

The place needs to be cleaned The service was not great, we got the 2 guys standing by the valet, never ask if they can help, I had to walk up and ask if I can valet park my car. Went to breakfast in the dining area stood by the hostess stand nobody greeted me, the phone was ringing a server answered the phone never look at me and walk off, I had to find someone to ask if we can get a table for 10. Not sure I will go back there again

This property is very dated and needs a lot of updates. Activities on site are limited leaving guests to find things to do to occupy time.

Beautiful resort and the staff was fantastic. I would have given it 5 stars but the rooms could use some attention. Things like our bathroom door was broken, the toilet is loose and rocks and some of the electric outlets in the lamps did not work. Another item is the recirculation line for the hot water system did not work. We probably wasted 3 gallons of water each time waiting for the water to get hot. Other than those items our stay was great and we would recomend to anyone.

We went for family wedding. We booked through Hotels.com and did save but when we got to hotel they added SEVERAL fees! My mother in laws room had no working phone, no alarm clock she’s older and doesn’t have a cell phone if that’s what they thought she should use. The in house bar is SLOW!!! Over 1.2 hours to get our meal with No explanation when asked where’s the order. Bar tender extremely rude to wedding party, and I have unexplained charge on my credit card that I have to disbute from the bar. Charges in the middle of night!!!

The bartender in brassies was alittle rude and demanded everyone get out even though it was Memorial Day weekend and also celebrating my bday so we just had to sit in the lobby. This killed the night vibe for us. But we made the best of it

Loved the property, beautiful. Very helpful and friendly staff. Food at Brassies was delicious . Stayed in one of the cabins. Window blinds were VERY dusty. Other than that, cabin was very clean and bed was very comfortable !

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed the Brasstown Valley Resort. The views and sunsets were stunning and the staff was friendly and helpful. The cottage was nice and clean, however the walls were too thin. Our neighbors could be heard clearly through our shared wall and they woke my husband up with the slamming of doors. That was our only disappointment. Next time we may want to stay in the Lodge?

Resort is beautiful! We stayed in a cottage short walk to the main lodge. Pathway from parked car to 2nd story cottage entrance was very dark they could use more lighting. Our room was clean & comfortable but a bit dated decor. We tried the breakfast buffet ($21.99pp) but wasn’t impressed. The housekeeping staff were very accommodating when we asked for ice, towels & k cups.

We came to this property with high expectations. We were celebrating our anniversary. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in what we experienced. We appealed to the assistant manager when we found stinky food in the frig, holes in our sheets, and a partial bottle of water in our room. The value didn’t seem to be there for this a tired, worn property. Customer service was non existent from check-in. Can not recommend.
