This lovely 3-bedroom townhouse is part of the Aquarius complex, featuring a shared swimming pool and large gas BBQ area all protected with outdoor weather sails and direct access to Bennetts Beach.
The living area is located downstairs and has air conditioning and access to a private courtyard area with an outdoor setting and BBQ. Upstairs offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offering space for the entire family to enjoy.
Important Points
-You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.
-Strict no party or function policy.
-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.
-This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.

Short stroll to Beach
Great sized apartment. We were really disappointed that the property was really unclean, with the quilt covers visibly dirty, we had to wash them, the carpets need cleaning, the A/C is mouldy and smells and the lounge had a smell. The microwave did not work. The location was great, small pub on the corner for dinner and a easy walk to the beach. There was an Xbox 360 for the kids and a chromecast to watch movies. Only A/C downstairs, upstairs is very hot in the day.
