It's the ideal cottage for a relaxing family getaway!
3000 m² of unfenced grounds, with a playhouse and slide, bicycles, a basketball hoop, a pétanque court with boules, and ping-pong! Single-story cottage of 115 m², comprising:
Open-plan fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, and microwave
Living/dining room (50 m²) with table/pool table, TV, DVD player, sofa bed (sleeps 1), decorative fireplace, and Wi-Fi access
1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm)
1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm)
Shower room, separate WC
Laundry room with washing machine
Unfenced grounds (3000 m²) with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, swing set with playhouse and slide, bicycles, basketball hoop, pétanque court with boules, and ping-pong table.

Continue for 2 km. The gîte, "Le Petit Potron", is on the left.
