The modern apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and has a separate entrance. A cozy living room with comfortable seating area, TV and radio, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower / WC and a large furnished terrace overlooking the garden are available. About a space-saving staircase takes you to the second bedroom with twin beds and a flat screen TV with DVD player in the attic. The apartment is ideal for 2-4 persons. The large quiet garden with apple trees provides plenty of space to sit down and relax. Also a barbecue grill can be used. Bed linen is provided, a towel set (2 towels and a shower towel) you can for 3, - € per set to book. In an annexe there is a laundry with washing machine that can be used for a fee. Arrival from 16. 00 o'clock, departure till 10. 00.
Welcome to the holiday house "Seagull" in the charming village of Hans Hagen, near Greifswald, is our beautiful vacation house "Seagull" with two comfortable apartments. Hans Hagen is extremely conveniently located, just off the B109 and connects the way between the seaside resort Lubmin with its beautiful sandy beach, the island of Usedom and Poland, but also the Greifswald can be reached in 10 minutes and offers as much variety and relaxation as the Stralsund and the island of Rügen. Around Hanshagen see woods, fields and nature. Here you can hike, bike and enjoy the tranquility. Hunters and fishermen are especially welcome, a gun cabinet is available and after consultation a lead in hunting and fishing is possible. The place Hans Hagen has a beautiful townscape with old church, the wild Hanshägener stream which performs a rustic canyon, and as a highlight the watermill restaurant, museum, playground and farm shop. Also located in a small shop and a small pub. We look forward to you.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Süße kleine Ferienwohnung für Menschen welche gut miteinander auskommen, denn wirklich aus dem Weg kann man sich nicht gehen. Dennoch ist es eine schöne und Saubere Wohnung. Die große Terrasse lädt zum zum verweilen ein.
Die freundlichen Vermieter runden dies
Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Sehr ruhig gelegen und mit Hund direkt am Wald. Mit großen Garten. Würden nochmal hin fahren.

Entspannung pur
Einfach Klasse, beim Check in eine sehr freundliche und herzliche Begrüßung. Ein kleiner Rundgang auf dem Grundstück und in der Wohnung, dabei wurde uns alles wichtige gesagt und erklärt. Ob nur entspannen und nichts tun oder mit Kindern einfach freute haben, ist dass die richtige Unterkunft.

Sehr schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung.
Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich und lädt zum Frühstück oder auch Abendessen ein. Für die Kinder ist das Dachzimmer ideal gewesen und die beiden haben sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Aber auch wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alle Betten sind sehr gut. Ein großer Garten ist direkt hinter dem Haus mit Sitz und Grill Möglichkeit.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich sofort Willkommen.
Also wenn wir wieder Urlaub in der Ecke machen, dann sofort wieder hier.
Vielen Dank für diesen super Aufenthalt bei Ihnen.
