The hotel is conveniently located close to Hoan Kiem lake and while you are in the old quarter you are in a quieter section. The real standout are the reception staff, particularly Sunny and Thomas. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they always have a smile and their restaurant recommendations were great! Stayed here 4 times over a 2 week period and would happily go back!

Service stood out during our stay. The front desk assisted us in our plans even before we arrived. Roads were closed during our stay because for their 80th anniversary for August revolution and Thomas went beyond in assisting us. One of the best hotel services we have received in our frequent travels. Thank you Minerva Church!

Had a few days stay in this hotel around the heart of the old quarters district. The rooms are clean & spacious. The front desk staffs Lisa, Thomas & Sunny are one of the most attentive & professional staffs plus not forgetting the chefs, waitress, houskeeping ladies & bellman too. The front desk staffs are helpful in arranging the transportation to the airport and well knowledge of the area including giving us advice on safety before going out. I will highly recommend to anyone who wants a stay in hanoi especially within this district. Thank you to the staffs of Minerva Church Hotel ♡

There's construction going on right beside/behind the hotel hence it gets really noisy early in the morning. Our bathroom wasn't cleaned well as well and one of our bath towels smelled terrible of human fluids. This was a major turn off. What compensated was that the female staff at breakfast and Sunny the receptionist were amazing in their customer service. They were really sincere and sweet.

I stayed there for a week and had a really enjoyable stay. The location is very convenient for places like Hoan Khiem Lake and the Hop on Hop off tour buses. There are also plenty of different kinds of options at meal times. The hotel rooms are cool and comfortable, and a varied and tasty breakfast buffet is provided every morning including eggs cooked to order. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and unfailingly helpful during my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to have the chance to experience it's hospitality again.

Stay was very short didnt get a chance to see everything or experience a spa treatment there. Place is clean and staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet could have some more options. Also foods should be covered with nets to avoid contamination of insects. Helps to keep things fresh. Room could have some more tea options available, only green tea. Room is quite small but its nice. Some bathroom upgrades would make the hotel event better. I hope to stay again in the future to see if there are improvements.

The bed and room was clean and maintained well, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only negatives were that there was no hair conditioner, the nearby construction woke us up early in the morning, and that the room had very little space to walk.
