The HVAC was not functioning properly. Staff were not very helpful. The only one restaurant was terrible in service and food. Location is not convenient. The Best thing about the entire Jr Suite was the laundry room with the W/D combination unit, sink, and toilet all in one. It was the most useful plus for our stays.

Amazing , Amazing, Amazing - did not want to leave . We booked a junior suite which was outstanding . It was more like an apartment with its own kitchen area , utility room with a 2nd toilet, living room , separate bedroom and bathroom. It also had a nice little balcony - which had great views being on the 37th floor , very modern , spacious building with 4 lifts . Reception is on 32nd floor and it has an amazing restaurant with excellent food. Roof top indoor gym and heated swimming pool . The staff were all amazing and very helpful 10/10 .

Even though we arrived right at the check in time, however our room wasn’t ready. We ended up waiting in the lobby over 45 minutes. The lobby entrance staffs were friendly, though the front desk supervisor was noticeably less welcoming.
