Soweit sehr zufrieden!

Ich war nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung und bin nach wie vor sehr überzeugt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch der Wasserkocher funktioniert einwandfrei – Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt angenehm machen.Ein paar Dinge haben mich allerdings gestört: Das Bett knirscht deutlich bei jeder Bewegung, und die Lampe im Schlafzimmer ist beschädigt und notdürftig mit Klebeband repariert – hier wäre eine kleine Instandsetzung wünschenswert.Trotz dieser Mängel bleibt es eine wunderschöne Wohnung, in der ich mich sehr wohlfühle. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Falsche Beschreibung des Objektes und Mängel

Leider ist die Bezeichnung Mini Haus daneben. Es handelt sich bei dem Objekt um ein 1.5 Zimmer Appartement in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Über dem Appartement ist eine Wohnung in der es nicht leise zuging. Das als Hinweis für neue Interessenten. Es mag sein, dass es für andere in Ordnung ist, für uns war es das nicht. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr mager, die Kaffeemaschine (Senseo) war defekt und die Bettware sollte auch ausgetauscht werden.

Sauber und Ordentlich!

Die Wohnung war sehr aufgeräumt und ordentlicht! Alles wie beschrieben, einziger negativer Punk an einigen Geschirrstücken waren noch Essensreste. Ansonsten war alles Top! Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Nette kleine Wohnung

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war alles da. Kaffeemaschine ging leider nicht. Dafür war aber Tee und Pads da. Die Dusche wird nur Lauwarm. Sonst alles gut.

Einige Mängel

Das Ferienhaus ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, jedoch stellten sich einige Mängel heraus. Die Kaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert, der Wasserkocher war kaputt, es gab nur zwei Decken für drei Personen, das Wasser war lauwarm, Duschen demnach unangenehm, die Betten waren unbequem, das Lattenrost im Hauptbett mussten wir reparieren. Das Haus liegt unweit einer Landstraße und die nächsten Häuser sehr nah. Wir haben die Mängel sofort kommuniziert, nur hat niemand reagiert. Erst nach 5 Stunden hat der Vermieter geschrieben, dass er sich bei uns meldet. Er hat dann einmal angerufen und auf den den Rückruf nicht mehr reagiert und auch nicht mehr zurückgeschrieben..
