Stayed in the room with spa pool. Worth the extra. Although the screen to the neighbouring property didnt completely block them out, it still felt private when you were in the tub. The room was spacious and well equipped but had firm mattress. Views were great towards the mountains.

So happy I stayed here

Good choice. Room with snow-capped mountains was perfect. Modern, clean and toasty warm on a cold night. A good 500 meters from the main tourist strip. Staff very friendly and helpful with suggested walks, restaurants and hot springs info. Only wish i had more time to stay a second night.

Lovely property. We had the two bedroom with lounge/dining/kitchen. Was great. Had lovely outdoor patio area and small kids play area. Very clean and tidy. Was great that there were towels to use for the hot pools that we could help ourselves to in the laundry. Easy walk into town to the bars/restaurants and hot pools and in the other direction easy walk to one of two mini golfs in the area and animal park. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

The property looks charming, easy to find being on the road into Hanmer and it's in a good position to walk to the pools and town. The room had everything we needed, was tasteful and the bed was very comfortable and warm (we were there start of winter). The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome and looked after.
