The pool and hottub, plus sauna, are well-maintained and almost seem private, because of the size of the hotel. We had the space to ourselves so frequently! It's perfect for kiddos (7 and 10), and I love being able to sit in the hot tub and see them safely! The rooms are standard - clean, comfortable beds, decent washrooms and having the kitchenette is handy - it's well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and kettle. Free parking and walkable to Westdale neighborhood restaurants and Phin Coffee - highly recommend!

Good stay for transit to and from the Hamilton airport. Possibility of parking. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Surcharge for late checkout. A bit hot in the room. Not much at walking distance. Overall I recommend this hotel

I enjoyed my stay. My room was nice, clean, snd spacious. I enjoyed our breakfasts at the in-house restaurant. Nadia, the cook and server was delightful. I enjoyed using the gym. All the equipment needed for a good workout. Very pleasant stay.

The hotel staff were friendly and professional. The parking was easy to navigate. The location was central to many things to do. VERY VERY clean and tidy rooms. Bathroom and shower was nice and with great water pressure. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Climate control was excellent.
