Parking right outside the units.Came in outside check in time but was able to get the clerk on phone. The sink design is awkward as the bath room sink is outside in the living room opposite to kitchen sink! This is a small town and the eateries are 5 min drive. Overall good place to stay.

The room was neat and clean, everything tidy. We werent expecting the kitchenette, so that was a surprise. It was just a quick evening and then moving on, and Andy was a delight to visit with and very helpful.

Great spot just on the outskirts of Matamata, quiet and cute and comfortable. You could walk into town on a nice day, but we drove in since it was spring and rainy or overcast. Lovely spot, would stay again!

Very comfy

A bit further out of town than it looked on the map, but that turned out fine. Very nice host and very welcoming, even his cat was there to greet us! . A “comfy” place to stay in and best of all, quite spacious. The only thing is that the shower cubicle was very small so gave it a miss as we were returning home that day.
