The staff was very kind and professional and the hotel is super close to the airport in a nice area. However, the room we stayed in was not cleaned beforehand (only the sheets were changed and those even had hair). The bathroom was not clean and dirty towels from the previous guests were there. The shower was moldy and had hair. It felt gross and unsanitary.

Black mold near patio door, on the side near the wall and on the floor. Dust hanging from ceiling throughout the room. Bathroom looks like it had not been cleaned in a month or more. Sheet covering mattress was very thin. Half bottle of hotel soap (from last person I’m assuming) was still there and not replaced with a new one. Overall this place is gross. Don’t recommend.

The best that can be said of the property is that it was well located for my needs. Apart from that there is very little positive that can be said: - the elevator was broken for most of my stay (I had a room on the 3rd floor) - I had to leave a day early and did not get a refund for the cancelled day - the room: pillows were cheap and hard; the shower faucet did not work properly; the toilet seat was broken; the windows did not have curtains to keep daylight out - the property overall: the place needs an overhaul; spider webs and insects everywhere, carpets were filthy

thanks but no thanks, ... never again ....

When leaving the hotel in the morning I unfortunately forgot the key in the room (key card works also as main switch for power in the room, so i left the key in the cradle) I only realized this on my way back to the hotel by 1am in the morning. I knew that they don't have a 24hr reception, however you would expect that there is a process in place if something like this is happening to a guest of this hotel. I found a phone number at the door, but this not so friendly gentlemen responded after explaining him the situation " what can i do now, I am sitting in Berlin" (or so) but there was no help from his side. I went to 2 other hotels in the vicinity but they were fully booked, so i ended up sleeping in my car!!

First Time in Germany

My first rime in Germany, I found this hotel to be affordable and comfortable and only 10 minutes from the airport. The room was larger than I had expected with a wonderful view of the neighborhood. This is not your cookie cutter mega hotel, The room also came equip with a safe for storing your valuables. instead holds it's own charm in it's uniqueness. The room included a refrigerator and stove. The hotel offers a for about €7.00 a breakfast with simple fare, including eggs cooked to your liking.

Do not stay here

The hotel is very old an outdated. It is set up like a cheap beach hotel from the 80s or 90s with no beach in sight. The city center is ridiculously far away, and there is no shopping or restaurants in the immediate area. The hotel was filthy and will just make you feel completely disgusting.

We just spent one night in this hotel before flying out of Hamburg airport the next morning. So the best I can say of this hotel is its location. The man in the reception was not able to speak English (even though it is near an international airport) and handed us instead a note on which some poor English tried to explain what we should do - but it was hard to understand! We have asked for a non-smoker room but got a smoker room...And I have asthma, so this really sucked. The room was fine in size and furniture was fine in "material", but spiderwebs were hanging from the ceiling and it generally needed some more cleaning.

Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Wände brauchen einen neuen Anstrich, Teppichboden ist hinüber, die Duschkabine ist verkalkt, teilweise fehlen hie Griffe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück hat 9 von 10 Punkten verdient ein richtiger Lichtblick hier. Sauberkeit im Bad leider sehr schlecht, hier besteht dringend Handlungsbedarf. Schade weil tolle Lage und gut geschnittene Zimmer. Hier muss dringend investiert werden
