We had such a great experience at this property! The location was absolutely awesome. It was super close to everything we wanted to do and made getting around so easy. The place itself was spotless, really well‑kept, and had a nice, comfortable feel the moment we walked in.Our host was fantastic and incredibly responsive. When we realized there wasn’t an iron and ironing board, they immediately sent over brand‑new ones, which we really appreciated. They also went above and beyond by giving us a late check‑out so we could shower off after the beach before catching our red‑eye flight. That small gesture made a huge difference.Highly recommend staying here! We’d definitely book again.

Location was good. Hosts would quickly respond - but - the property needs a lot of tlc. Was dirty & dingy. Gaps under doors to the exterior, ants and mold on the shower liner. Pictures & description online did not represent the actual condition of the rental. Also - must love chickens if staying at this location.

There are many good things to say about this house in Hale’iwa, however, we had some issues worth mentioning. There were issues with check-in (lack of communication and directions) and when we arrived, a new fence (from original listing) was installed which limited access to the house. We were originally directed to use a “designated driveway” that was unsafe and impassable. After negotiating we were allowed to park outside the new fence in a safer driveway, however we received confusing and contradictory communication from VRBO. The house itself is as shown and worked well for our family of 5. We loved the area and got used to the roosters. If we hadn’t had the driveway and communication issues, it would have been preferable and more comfortable (less tension and confusion).
