The Space:

סA bright and modern studio designed in a contemporary style, featuring a large window that opens to a green view and warm parquet flooring that creates a cozy, homey atmosphere. The equipped kitchenette includes a black marble countertop and an elegant gold faucet, alongside an intimate dining area. At the end of the space, there is a comfortable double bedroom with a wide and cozy bed. The walls are decorated with contemporary art pieces that add character and a unique style to the apartment.



Guest Access:

The entire building is available for guests to use.

At the entrance, you will find several seating and work areas that guests are welcome to use. There is also a kitchenette with a large dining area located in the center of the floor, available for guests. The building also features a comfortable seating area that serves as the designated smoking area.
