Angler Sunrise..Luxury House on water

Our Lake House is located on a private canal on Big Lake Calcasieu and at the edge of the Sabine Refuge in a friendly and safe neighborhood. Wake up and watch a spectacular sunrise down the canal while enjoying your morning coffee and the morning breeze on a spacious screen porch. Located in Anger Bay it’s only a 20 minute drive to the coast, five minute drive to a grocery store, and twenty five minute to a casino. You can crab off the bulkhead in the backyard, park your boat at the dock, and clean the days catch in a screened fish cleaning room located in the boat house. This 4 bedroom and 2 bath open floor plan home has been freshly painted and has a well stocked kitchen. Granite counter tops, appliances, full size washer and dryer, and Direct TV are just a few of the amenities. Downstairs is a screened porch with ceiling fans, 2 outdoor TVs, refrigerator/freezer for beverages/food/storing your catch of the day, outdoor games, and BBQ pit. There is plenty of parking and a fenced yard. Corporate leasing available and fishing guide references available.

Wonderful stay!

This house is adorable and very roomy. The screened in porch and downstairs area is perfect for hanging out after a long day of fishing. We had an issue with the A/C during our stay and the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. The screened in cleaning area was perfect for my husband and son after fishing. We will definitely be back!!
