Our family had a wonderful time here! The pool was beautiful and stayed so warm that our kids could even swim on the cooler days (55 degrees) of our trip. The sandy beach and pickleball court was also a huge hit for our kiddos. Most days, we didn’t even leave the house because there was so much to do. The host was responsive if we had any needs. We would definitely love to come back!

The house was in a good location with lots of parking. The online photos are a little misleading they make the house look much larger than it is. Living area very small furnishing a little worn. TVs in bedrooms for the most part would not work are had no remote. Bowl with several remotes on living room table with no batteries.The room down stairs should not be listed as a bedroom since it does not have access to a bathroom room without going out side a going around and in house. For the price the house was expected to be a premium house and it is not. Clothes pens holding molding on outside windows was a little funny. The pool was great and clean. The boat dock was also a great addition to have. Over all the house was good but not the premium house we were expecting.Out side extra room would be great turned into a game room.Overall the stay was good house could use some updating.

Gorgeous sunsets..

We had a wonderful time. We had 15 people and had plenty of room. Beautiful location and gorgeous sunsets with easy walkable access to shops, beach, restaurants and groceries. Loved the pool and many chairs and hammocks to relax. Owner responsiveness is quick also. Plenty of room for parking. Could have used another table outdoors on upper patio to eat outdoors.

Amazing location

Our family, kids with a friend each, had a great stay. The interior of the home was nice & had everything we needed, but can I just say….the outdoor space is AMAZING! We spent most all day either in the heated pool, fishing or playing pickleball. Looking forward to our next stay!

Family vacay

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was pretty messy and cloudy when we got there but I’m pretty sure it was from the people who were there before us. The pool company came and got it all cleared up for us. We really liked the location. Close to beaches and walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Pier 33 Was a great place to pick up what we needed and grab and big Pina colada or strawberry Daiquiri to go! Sunsets are amazing!

Amazing Property

Swimmers paradise. So fun to kayak or wade in the lagoon and swim in the pool. Outdoor shower to clean off outside and everyone had a comfortable bed. Thanks again.

Overall Review of Stay

The fifth bedroom was totally unusable as a bedroom. The AC did not work in that room even with keeping the door closed so we were short on bedrooms with 13 people staying in the house. Use of pool floats and fishing gear would have been nice for the property to have provided. These are not items that you can just take on a plane when traveling very easily and is unrealistic to make people purchase during their stay. All that was provided was items for the basketball court and pickleball, but pickleball rackets were broken. And there were no cornhole bags available for the cornhole sets. The grill was unusable! It was all rusted and we couldn't even use it during our stay. We did love the kayaks and it was great experience that our kids loved during our stay. The kitchen was very nice! Two out of the four bedrooms were very hot, especially in the evening hours. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay but it was a big inconvenient not having that fifth bedroom available with the amount of family we had staying on the property. We had to have individuals sleep on the couch because of the fifth bedroom being unusable.

Spring Break 2024

The house and location were great as was communication with the owner. Having the lagoon/Bay Area for the kids was a definite plus, the pool was also good but if going in the spring time just know it’s not heated. If you are coming with smaller kids and are looking for that 5th bunk bedroom to be used for them, just know it has no access from inside the house and you have to go outside to get to it. There is also no bathroom down there and whoever stays in that room would have to go up the front way and unlock the door to use the small bathroom in the foyer. It was not a usable room for us so we had to make adjustments for the kids. The ball/tennis court was a hit with all the kids and adults!

Great Family Retreat

The court made this an amazing place for my grandsons. Every evening they were play volley ball, pickle ball or basket ball. During the day kayaking & fishing! The pool was wonderful for my 4 year old because the platform enabled her to learn how to swim! We went to the beach 3 out of 7 days because there was so much to enjoy around the house. The beach was beautiful! Overall on of the best vacations in the last few years.

Nice home for family with small kids

I must say that communication and flexibility of working with the owner before the trip was wonderful. As others have mentioned, supply your own toiletries and toilet paper as well as spices. A house this big only provided a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (3) and no extra and we had booked for one week. Toiletries were a miniature hand soap at each sink and a very small bottle of detergent and one pod for dishwasher. Again we stayed a week. I would think for the price we paid, that these things could have been provided. There was no propane in the tank for the outdoor grill and when I asked about this, it was up to us to exchange and pay for the tank. Roll away beds mentioned in master bedroom were two fold up single cots. We had our older teen boys stay in the room on ground level but there was no bathroom for this room. The sports court and pool are nice and having the kayaks to use was definitely a plus. We enjoyed our trip but will choose a different option on our next trip to Gulf Shores. We only had 3 little ones so we need better sleeping accommodations for our family. Owner was quick to respond to our texts. We did place a grocery order with the local Walmart and had it delivered which was nice. The ice makers in both refrigerators were not working properly.
