Condo was clean, very nice, and well maintained. Just steps away from the beach and a wonderful pool. Right in the heart of downtown gulf shores making walking to places easy. Communication from owners was good and check in / out process went smoothly.

Bedding and mattresses dirty, condo dirty, dishes in cabinets dirty, washer load and smelled of mildew, not enough bath towels for amount it states it sleeps. Said king bed and was not, batteries in all remotes were dead, lamps in living room did not work, no toaster. Not worth what they charge at all. Not enough seating for 9 people to just relax in same room together. If I could give zero star and still write review I would. Do not recommend this unit to anyone.

Fun at the beach
We enjoyed the condo very much, it was the perfect size and up to date decor. It was clean and close to everything. The only suggestion I would have is to make sure to let people know there is no elevator so taking stairs to the condo is the only choice.

Location is great for beach, shopping and dining access. Condo is well kept. Kitchen is not stocked for cooking even simple things so bring your own if you plan to cook.
