Very cute place

The room was very nice with the exception of a badly stained curtain that I noticed when I closed the patio curtain. Nice comfortable beds with tvs in each bedroom. Just an overall great experience and view.

Beautiful condo!

We traveled from Michigan and they were able accommodate us and check in a couple hours early on a very busy Spring Break Saturday! Room looked just as pictured, gorgeous. Extremely clean with anything you would want or need. Great customer service as well. We will definitely recommend and be back!

Very nice condo, well equipped kitchen, really comfortable bed in the master bedroom, great location directly on the beach and within walking distance to many places. The unit was very clean upon check-in. The only complaint we had is the pool/hot tub area wasn't the best and the hot tub was broken most of the time.

What a View!

Condo is exactly as pictured, including that wonderful balcony! The weather was chilly, but so much warmer sitting in the sunshine. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular! Two things that might be helpful to fellow travelers: bring extra toilet paper (no additional paper products in the condo) and bring pool towels. Beach cart with chairs provided, but no additional towels. Excellent condo! Would totally stay there again and would recommend to others.

Very clean but pool was closed

We stayed in November so a heated pool was very important for the kids. We were never notified that the pool and splash pad were closed. We found out when we arrived and that was frustrating. The property was very clean and beds were comfortable.

Our home away from home

This was our first stay in Gulf Shores, and it was amazing! The property was clean and comfortable as expected, but the beach views from the balcony were just as good as anywhere! Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

Beach vacation

This was a great place to stay. Location to the beach was perfect you ride the elevator down and walked right on to the beach. The kids splash pad was great as well we spent every day at both the beach and the splash pad with our two year old. The room was perfect having king size beds in two of the rooms and everything being as pictured. The only down side to this property is the parking. If you come on a holiday weekend or a really busy time you may not find parking even tho you have payed and have a parking pass. We payed for two parking passes and didn’t get parking for ether of our cars on the first night. The parking attendant will direct you across the street to park at the local businesses if those are full you can pay to park at another location. Parking is not the best at this location.

Paradise

The unit was a lovely beachfront with an amazing view of the beach and ocean from the large balcony. At sunset, we saw dolphins from our balcony. Unit had a fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedroom (2 king bed rooms and one queen), 2 bathrooms. Full washer/dryer and a litte wagon cart filled with beach chairs, boogie boards, many sand toys, and a large beach umbrella. Unit was close to many restaurants (great seafood!). Parking garage, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, steamroom. Beach included jet ski rental, banana rides, and nearby dolphin cruises.

Fantastic views, Great Staff

This was our very first vacation with our 11 year olds, 9 year old, and 15 year old niece. I was super nervous to get a VRBO, and did a lot of research, and hesitantly booked the Seawind 908. We really wanted a location on the beach, but we're nervous about being on the 9th floor. After arriving, we quickly realized we really loved the views we had from that 9th floor. It gave us amazing sunrises and sunsets, we could see the ocean, wildlife, dolphins and any riptides from above. (We went off-season and had several riptide warnings). Access to the beach was simple. Our microwave breaker did keep tripping, but it was easily remedied. Any other issues we had (like the dryer not drying properly, or an non-working vacuum) were dealt with quickly. We had a couple rainy days and really appreciated the puzzles and board games as well as the provided books under the tv! We also didn't expect to have a beach wagon with everything you could possibly need for a great day at the beach. We were pleasantly surprised. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and did a lot of cooking and easy meals to save money. The Walmart grocery was only 10 minutes away and the souvenir shops and other places were within walking distance, which we did on a morning before our activities opened up. Our kids said if we ever went back to Gulf shores, they would stay here again, and we agree!

We loved this condo! Very clean. Grear view! Comfy beds!

Overall we had a wonderful time! There were some issues with our check in time not being ready. The person we were communicating with by text could have done more I feel to make sure our room was ready on time. After showing up when our room was supposed to be ready they tried to tell me i couldnt bring my 2 year old inside to let him lay down. Which after a long car trip and lots of sun... that was rediculous. Luckily the cleaning lady allowed him to lay down in the bedroom. "The cleaning lady." :/ also our umbrella had holes in and when we asked for a replacement they told us to go about an enjoy our day and someone would bring it sometime. I had asked the night before about it even. So.. just if you need something dont. Dont expecy anyone to hurry up and bring it. Luckily she did allow us to purchase one and we were reimbursed. Minus those two issues we really had a nice stay. I think they may just not have enough staff. Which seems to be a problem everywhere. Dont let it deter you from staying.

Perfect Location

This has been any easy process from the beginning. Once unit was rented and made contact with them, they checked on us and communicated with us leading up to and throughout the trip. They were very helpful and we loved the property clean, comfy beds, great views of the beach. We will return !

Cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in!!!

First, I’d like to start off with how super impressed I was with the handler of the condo. Very quick responding to my texts. Super friendly and she made it so easy to check in or answer my questions. This condo is the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The furniture was up to date and nice. Couch was super comfy and stylish. It’s completely white, so I kept a blanket over it to help with anything that might stain or mess it up. Loved it though. And did I say how comfy it is…The first room is kinda small, but perfect for one person to be comfy in. The other two rooms were very open and spacious. Both had their own bathrooms and bathtubs. The beds were big and had comfortable mattresses. All 3 rooms had tvs. Master had a big walk in closet and the larger guest room has a fairly big closet as well. The smaller room doesn’t have closet space but wasn’t a big inconvenience at all to us. Master bedroom had sliding glass doors that lead to the long rectangular balcony with nice outdoor furnishings. With at least six seats out there. Great for big or small families. Kitchen very nice with everything you need to cook a meal. Big walk in laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and beach toys, wagon, and umbrella. The beach umbrella was ripped and the wagon was rusty. But that is really just an extra perk the owners didn’t have to throw in, but do. I’m sure it’s just from other renters not taking care of these things while using them. I stayed with my husband, our daughter and her husband, and my 2 yr old granddaughter. So plenty big for us. The reason I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is really more to do with the establishment itself. There were so many missing tile pieces missing in the kiddie pool area and the big pool. Sharpe edges and little kids don’t go well together. Then there were the mold growing all around the edges and on the steps. The water stayed murky the whole 5 days we were there. We take care of pools and this is lack of shock being used and the proper chemicals. I’m aware there will be some cloudiness due to all the people and oils being used. But even first thing in the mornings it was this way. It was never closed that we saw to do the proper maintenance that needs to be done on these kinds of pools. Not to mention the urine smell in the big pool area that was all ways there. Not sure what that was about but it was bad. I would of loved to give 5 stars to the condo alone. But the pool area is apart of the whole package.
