Excellent Condo

Our family had a great time. The condo was beautiful, well stocked, and clean! We will definitely try for this unit next summer. The kids enjoyed the on site activities each evening. Definitely a great place to vacation!

Awesome Place to stay.

We were very pleased with the unit and how easy everything was with the booking and check-in. The unit was in great shape and the views are spectacular. We will most definitely be staying here again. I will recommend to anyone that does decide to stay here to not pay the activities fee. It only gives you extra access to the heated pools in the clubhouse and they have limited hours. I spent the extra $126 and was not able to get there during the hours they are open. Each building does have very nice pools and they do not cost extra. My only negative was that they only give you 1 roll of Toilet Paper per bathroom, even if the Roll is a partial carry over from the previous guest. TP must be really expensive in Alabama. HAHAHA. Bring your own..

This is the 8th time we have stayed at the Beach Club. First time in Avalon 401. Enjoyed all the room the condo had to offer. We traveled with multiple family members who stayed in different units, and this unit had enough sitting and eating areas to accommodate all family members which was wonderful. when we gathered for an evening meal. The bedrooms with all king beds was a super feature for all of the 6 adults staying in this unit. They were large enough to give us space to separate when needed. The kitchen was super well stocked with every type of cooking utensil and enough dishes for us all to use. Appreciated that very much. The few disappointments - the pillows need to be upgraded as well as the sheets. Also, extra pillows were provided for each bedroom, however, no pillowcases. The outside electric grill had not been cleaned and the outlet on the deck was not working so we were unable to grill our fresh catch of the day. . We did have a couple of housekeeping issues. When we reached out to the number provided, we had a quick and efficient response. I would rent this unit again, because of the living space and bedrooms needed.

Excellent vacation Spot

The condo was much better than pictures showed us! Very nice, spacious, clean and all the amenities we needed to host our family. Located in Fort Morgan where is was very low key family oriented. Rental and check in process was so easy with no hiccups. We will be back! Highly recommended.

Nice stay!

Nice beach stay. Very clean and spacious. This was our first time staying that far west on the AL beach but it was beautiful. The only downfall was not being close to “town”. We went in November so we did not get to use the outdoor pool but it looked amazing. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful Condo

We stayed here with 2 Grandparents, my spouse & I along with our 4 kids ages 19 down to 7. The condo is beautiful & huge! Very spacious & bright. We loved the colors & the big kitchen counters. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay in this condo again. We did try to contact the property manager about things that were broken upon arrival like a screen door, and one slat on blinds however there was no response. A few things to note (but not deal breakers) *The garden tub in master is gross. When I bathed my boys they turned on the jets to only find tons of sand blowing out of them making the bath really dirty & unusable. The drain stop also didn’t drain the water very well. *Water pressure in showers is low, & water doesn’t get very hot. If you like hot showers like me (especially in the winter months) you won’t get that in the master suite. The other rooms stayed low pressure as well but hotter showers. There are two water heaters in the house. NOTE: If anyone takes a bath in master the shower will be freezing cold after. *Not enough blankets. We were a little chilly at night & the blankets provided were very thin leaving us a little cold with nothing extra. *upstairs tenants have a very loud toddler or child who likes running the halls late hours of this bothers you. It did keep us up for a while longer & was hard getting our kids to sleep. Other than the things listed above there was plenty of dishes, coffee makers, cooking pans, etc. we had plenty of towels & amenities & really enjoyed the location of our condo being on the end. Hope stuff of this is helpful for future tenants & property manager.

Christmas getaway

Our entire family was able to make our Christmas getaway this year and we loved this property! Plenty of room for our party of 8 - everyone felt like they had personal space yet we were able to all sit at the table together for meals and games. This trip will be one to remember - our daughter left with a proposal from her best friend and beautiful ring (all done on the beach in front of the condo with an amazing sunset in the background).❤️

Roomy for a family. Everyone has room for individual space. The condo elevators ran quickly and smoothly. Never had to wait more than a minute. The kitchen was very well supplied for cooking with the minor exception of no dish towel or hot pads. The weather kept us inside more than we wished but there is a playground, ice cream shop, pool, other places for kids when they are tired of the beach. Our unit also had several light bulbs out and I did not know who to tell about that. Overall we had a pleasurable, comfortable week and would love to stay here again.

Great location!!

We definitely enjoyed our stay! You couldn’t ask for a better location and space in the condo for all of our family. We had seven adults and two little ones with us on the trip and it was great to be able to go back and forth to the beach as needed. The amenities of the resort were also great and we loved every bit of it. The only reason for four stars is because the condo needed a decent cleaning upon arrival. We all did a quick little clean of our spaces and it was fine. I would just like to see a beautiful condo such at that one cleaner for their guests. (Trash wasn’t taken out from previous renters, food was on the floor that we swept up, quite a bit of sand all over, one issue with sheets, master bath shower didn’t drain very good-all easy fixes for us to enjoy the week) We did message the property manager a few times with no response about the cleanliness. Maybe that was an issue on my end as I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to email or message her, or contact another person about these issues. But overall a great experience and we enjoyed it!

Great condo at a good price!

Clean and comfortable. Only issue we noticed was that the door from the master bedroom to the balcony was not functional (handle was loose and door appeared "painted" shut). Other than that, the decor was current with plenty of room.
