Welcome to The Rookery 3504 in beautiful and peaceful Fort Morgan! This adorable beach bungalow has plenty of room for the entire family with three bedrooms and two baths. Enjoy the serene setting of the private screened-in porch during your stay. Take a dip in one of the community’s multiple resort-style pools and hot tubs. Play a game of tennis on the courts or take advantage of the community grills onsite. Enjoy the Gulf Coast at its best!

Walk up to your beach cottage and enter into the screened in covered porch. The perfect place to relax after a long day on the beach. Inside you will find a comfortable living area with flat screen TV. The open concept living space features a sleeper sofa. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensil ready to whip up a home cooked meal. The dining table comfortably seats eight with additional seating at the kitchen counter. Enjoy your beach vacation at The Rookery 3504!

Great little cottage near the beach

This house was lovely as with the rest of the properties in the Rookery neighborhood. Clean and quiet area was perfect for our group. The house slept us all comfortably (8). The neighborhood includes a pool and tennis court (which does have pickleball lines). Would absolutely stay again! The beach is about half a mile away and we did walk several times.

Family Beach Trip

Our family of six, including three young adults and a teenager, had a wonderful visit. The cottage was exactly as described and had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and it was super handy having a washer/dryer. The property was well maintained and the owners we met throughout the complex were very friendly. We can’t wait for the next visit!
