Charming and well appointed house! Check in was a breeze. Loved the wrap around porch and balcony! Only steps away from the gorgeous, white sand beach! Loved that the neighborhood was away from the crowds of Gulf Shores proper.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a great experience! Great location, cute house, plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had all the cookware that we needed. The only negative was a bit of repair needed in the outdoor spaces- a few nails poking up on the stairs/deck and some boards that didn’t feel quite safe. These things didn’t detract from our experience but could be problematic in the future.

Great spot for our family! It was a short walk to the beach and we had plenty of room to spread out and play. The house was clean and well taken care of. The only things I wish we had that we didn’t were a hose at the end of the beach boardwalk and hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms.

Nice property

The property is extremely nice. Close to beach access and amenities. The restaurants that are in the area are nice and Gulf Shores/Orange Beach is not overly far away. This is a wonderful family oriented area of the beach. My only complaint is that the beds are not overly comfortable at the house. It wasn't horrible, but not anything like my own.

First family trip to beach

Property was very nice. We definitely will be back and might even look into a bigger property to get more family here with costal view. Very easy to get ahold of property manager and was very nice! Area was very nice and everyone was friendly felt like a good neighborhood! The beach is close enough to walk to!

Quick get away before school starts.

We love Fort Morgan. This was our first stay in Morgantown. The house was just as described. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and very laid back. The beach is visible from the top deck and is only a short walk away. Talley Ho is definitely on the second trip list.

It had a few issues that could be fixed to make it awesome. Baseboard falling off the wall needing nailed, light fixture hanging out of ceiling and bathtub had a brown film that came put of the jets, also stains on couch and pillows in living room.
