Beautiful tipical canarian house in first sea line to the sea. A house full of history and preserved in its style and situated on the seafront in a fishing village on the southwest coast of the island. The access to the 2 homes in the first floor are through a canarian patio with garden. All rooms are located and has access along a balcony overlooking this patio. The property has a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with integrated dining area, three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The highlight is the large terrace with fantastic views to the Atlantic and the neighboring island of La Gomera, the beach and small fishing port. Who does not want to walk 3 minutes to the beach has just in front of the house an access to the sea via a ladder. It is perfect for people who are looking for something different, bohemian and quiet in front of the sea. The other home in the house is almost empty because the homeowners does not live in the Island. The house is equipped with photovoltaic panels, in order to achieve maximum energy efficiency.It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. Loved it.
This was our 3rd attempt at staying here due to Covid & it was worth the wait. Lovely, quirky property. Great location, shops, bars & restaurants all within walking distance. Fantastic view. Would definitely recommend. All communication was perfect as well.

What a wonderful place!
We much appreciated staying in such a typical Canarian house with all its interesting character and situated in a very peaceful location on the seafront and yet no distance at all from the restaurants and shops (five minutes maximum).
The listing description of the property is 100% accurate and all communication with owners was excellent.
We would not hesitate in recommending this delightful property.

Lovely old house with all you need. Lovely terrace.
Perfect, if you like the basics of life without extra luxury than a a beautiful old house, lovely terrace, good kitchen, good restaurants and relaxed little town.
The house is beautiful, a genuine original Canarian house lovingly maintained without modern refurbishment but with everything one needs. Very friendly owners and good rental agency.

Skøn original hyggelig og funktionel bolig med super velfungerende køkken. Terassen var skøn,
Fantastisk stemning og uovertruffen terasse. Kan man lide gamle bygninger og original byggestil incl skillevæge der er ikke går helt til loftet, skønne gl originale trægulve m.m., så er dette stedet. Køkkenet har alle moderne redskaber fra mikroovn til espressomaskeine med kapsler og alligevel fremstår det gl og hyggeligt. Stolene er gode at sidde i,, hvilket er vigtigt, når ferien er længere end 7 dage. Helt klart et sted vi meget gerne vender tilbage til.

Immer wieder herrlich
Unser zweiter Aufenthalt hier (und ganz sicher nicht unser letzter). Ein netter Ort, etwas abseits der krassen Touristenhochburgen. Trotzdem hat man alles da: Läden, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés. Die Wohnung ist echt schön, der Blick aufs Meer und La Gomera wunderbar. Die Küche hat alles, um sich komplett selbst zu versorgen. Und die sympathische Betreuung durch das Team von Top Kanaren rundet das Ganze ab. Kurzum: sehr empfehlenswert!
