Great room, perfect staff, super location. Get some great sunset shots of the volcanoes. Breakfast was different every day, and had a true Guatemalan flair; frijoles, huevos revueltos, salchichas, and the best platanos duros I have ever had. Of course tons of fruit, waffles, pancakes, cereal, and made-to-order omelets. The Greek restaurant across the street is exceptional. Loved the outdoor patio attached to the Courtyard bar. 10/10

Nice property near the airport. Hotel staff is helpful. Didn’t have breakfast, but had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Good dining experience for dinner. Room was clean, comfortable & has the essentials. Room also has a mini fridge & coffee maker. Would recommend staying at this hotel for short or longer visits.

Everything was very nice and clean, but there is not a little refrigerator if you were to buy any food and take with you. And in the morning me and my fiancé were sleeping, and one of the staff members knocked on the door and opened it without saying anything. It was a little alarming at first, but she was just asking if we wanted our clothes washed, but it was weird that she opened the door!

Worth the stay

Hotel was impeccably clean. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. If you come without an itinerary please do not hesitate to ask the front desk for tips. I would stay here again if re-visited Guatemala.
