Team of staff are attentive, professional and helpful. Shirley sun from house keeping has kept our stay very comfortable. She provides excellent service. The staff at the cafe during voco time gave us excellent service and we were about to order Chinese food to consume on top of our complimentary high team. The young man, can't remember his name at the counter could even recognize us as regular customer and help us with the menu our last day there.

Housekeeping was consistent and kept the room fresh every day. A special shoutout to Sunny Lin at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful and welcoming.
