We checked in and the suite was dirty and not cleaned was a terrible mess. Then they moved us to another suite that was in the same condition. They moved us for the third time and finally had a place that was average clean. Only one bedroom had Air Conditioning and the suite was very hot. Kitchen was not equipped well and very poorly decorated. For advertising as a luxury suite is was far from that. The beds were very uncomfortable and the linen very over used. Bathroom towels had holes in them and remotes for ceiling fans required batteries. Very disappointing and not as advertised. Then to cool off the suite had to open all the windows and doors which the area is not quite so was very difficult to get rest. Underground parking feels like you are in a dungeon and very dingy. Was advertised as a luxury condominium and from my travels it’s far from that.
