Great Location very Close to the Suare

This is a very nice building close to downtown. 5 minute walk to the marketand central square. It was very comfortabl 2 bedroom condo. We had 4 adults.

Nice host bad A/C

It was 100*F in Guadalajara and there is no a/c in the bedrooms. The a/c unit in the living room puts out a small amount of cool air and the apartment felt like an oven. We left at 6am and went to a hotel with a/c and skipped the last 2 nights. Refund please?

Really nice property

This property is very nice close to everything. security is nice and helpful. people are so friendly here we felt right at home. Gerald was very helpful and responded very quickly if we needed anything. overall we enjoyed our stay and will return if we come to Guadalajara again. Thank you Gerald!

A cut above

This property is a cut above the average dwelling in this area. The pool was larger than I expected. It is in walking distance of the Centro area and Liberrtad market. Security at the property is very good. Gerard the property manager is a big plus. He helped me to get set up in the property and was responsive to my needs. He does well communicating via whatsapp and speaks English, a major plus for me. There are several street food vendors in the neighborhood and a farmcia that carries a pretty good amount of food selection is within short walking distance.

Very enjoyable place!

There are pros and cons of any place you stay but a few stand outs… the property manager Gerard is incredibly kind and informative. From the initial check in he provided my family with vegetarian options as well as some do’s and don’t in Guadalajara. Very appreciative!! We traveled during rainy season and had a few tough storms. He sent his team over the next day to ensure we were good. His daughter and other helper spoke English, which helped. They were lovely. The place is as advertised.
