Excellent value for money for this holiday home in Maremma with swimming pool. The rustic Tuscan-style apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is on the first floor but with outside umbrella, table, chairs and private bbq available on the ground floor in a common porch; inside living room with complete kitchenette and double sofa bed and satellite TV, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Swimming pool and restaurant available to guests on the property. Inside a country resort with peace and quiet but only 7 km away from the beaches. Inside the property 2 restaurants, breakfast room, 3 swimming pools, bike rental point to leave and pedal in complete tranquility up to the Maremma Natural Park. Just 2 km large shopping center and sports center with padel and tennis courts where private lessons are also possible. The historic center of Grosseto is only 4 km away.
