Great Location and Great for Families!
Overall we had a pleasant stay. The location of the house is within walking distance to the beach which is great! Also, it is within walking distance to the main strip and many stores which allows you to leave you car parked for your stay.
The house is very spacious and well equipped. Having two full bathrooms is a great plus!
One negative was upon arrival, the host informed us of "additional costs" due to the increase of the price of electricity, deep cleaning due to covid (50 euros), and 35 euros for sheets and towels. We even had to look at the meter upon arrival and make note of the kilowatts, which then would be compared to the kilowatts upon our departure and we would be charged the usage at 0.40euros/kwh.
This was very upsetting and left a sour taste for the duration of our two week stay. Upon checkout, we had a discussion with the host and expressed our dismay. To her credit, she agreed that Booking should have done a better job updating her listing and claimed it was a translating error. She waived the additional fees and we went on our way. That made us feel much better!
